It looks a lot like Budokai Tenkaichi...which is a fantastic thing. Tenkaichi 2 and 3 were fantastic and the best DBZ games of all time. I just hope the dont do something stupid that ruins it like with Burst Limit and Raging Blast.
Why? Its not like melee weapons have never been done effectively in FPS games.
This guy isn't smart. He put way too much effort into this
All he had to do was start the highest ranked Vanguard Strike Playlist, wrap his mic cord around the left stick so that his character just stands there spinning in circles, and let the other gwo random people he got teamed with through matchmaking do play and finish the level. Then he would the rewards and gear just like them.
Seems much easier than building a friggin robot.
Maybe they'll come out with a special jackhammer controller for mining materials part. That would be fun. Right? Right?
Dont be surprised if Joker is in this. I fully expect it.
And if he doesnt appear, the game will have something very important to do with his legacy.
The reason i say that is that the Arkham games have been the Joker's games more than Batman's games. I mean, the series has basically catalogues his criminal career.
Arkham Asylum showed him at the height of his career.
Arkham City showed his downfall, death, and the &qu...
I understand what the article is saying, but come on.
Do people really expect the devs to release a stripped down game just so it feels like it actually took place BEFORE the last game?
Who on earth would want that and how on earth would you market it? you wouldn't. New games need to be bigger and better than the previous games, even if it is a prequel. You can't say, "Hey remember Arkham Asylum? That game had 9 gadgets! This prequel, Arkha...
lol
I laughed when the first line of the "article" was this: "There are many games that are created just to make money off them."
Oh really? You mean like ALL OF THEM? If games weren't being made to make money off of them then those games would be free with no paid DLC or paid microtransactions.
You sure see those all over the place, don't you? lol
Because they aren't already "making bank" with what they are doing now?
Look, I'm with you. I don't like the yearly release and it really is holding the series back from being something really great.
But you can't argue that CoD is a best selling game year after year. I would say they are already truly making bank. Thats why they won't change. Every year they sell millions of copies of their newest installment. I don't kn...
Yes, because buying only one console is what makes someone a "casual gamer".
Get out of here with that garbage.
wow...
I agree. The only problem is how long are people willing to wait for these things to get fixed? Eventually even the most hardcore fan is going to give up if something doesn't get done.
Also, to answer your question, yes Solid Snake is a character that you play as in a lot of Metal Gear games. However, in this game, you play as Big Boss, which is actually the bad guy from the original Metal Gear game. Its basically a prequel to those original NES games.
There is a reason that Big Boss looks like Solid Snake, but I won't say it here so I don't spoil anything for anyone. (Even though it really wouldn't be a spoiler since this information has been...
I won't give you a hard time because I know Metal Gear's continuity is a little crazy, even for fans like me who have played almost all of them.
But here's the thing. For the most part, Kojima gives the big console releases the numbered titles. Metal Gear / Metal Gear 2 / Metal Gear Solid / Metal Gear Solid 2 / Metal Gear Solid 3 / Metal Gear Solid 4 were all released on consoles and are the big budget games.
The others, Peacewalker, Ground Ze...
I have no doubt he'll be in the game, but the "long forgotten ninja" i think he's been teasing is either Chamelion or Tremor.
Being a PS4 owner, I'll be jealous if Battletoads is an Xbox One exclusive.
Good for Microsoft though.
I still plan on buying an XO in another year or so.
Under normal circumstances, yes, I would agree with you.
But there's been a lot of talk about the Battletoads franchise recently. So this is certainly not just some coincidence.
Master Raiden is right.
Sure, originally they were pallet swaps. But all of those characters have been fleshed out in the past 10-15 years.
They all look very distinct and they all play very differently now. They are no longer "clone" characters because of this.
@ Utalkin2me
No. I meant exactly what i said. They teach people the difference between facts and opinion at a very young age. Stating an opinion doesn't require someone to say "in my opinion" in the sentence.
Most people know how to tell the difference without that. I dont know what to tell someone that can't tell that difference. Its on them. Not me.
In all honesty, Battlefield is 100 times better than CoD, but i still feel dumber having read this article.
No it isnt. They could easily carry on from Mass Effect 3. Nothing happened that made it impossible to move forward with.
Also, i believe they already said it would not be a sequel or side story. I might be wrong, but i'd swear that Bioware has already said that much.
