And thats the problem, right there. If people can't stand you it hurts. I don't think I realized this many people disliked Cliffy, though. I know I do. But to think his game only has 20 people playing it online is kind of hysterical. Especially for a dev that is well known for at least putting out one of the biggest franchises in video game history.
Surely they mean 20,000, right? riiiiiiiiight? No? Okay, 20 it is...
RE7 was survival horror. It was first person. But it was survival horror.
Having said that, The first Evil Within wasna buggy mess that I couldn't even play. Hope this is better.
Just in time for Spring Break!
By my math thats like 8 days away!
Both games are very similar but different. I like DOS2 because its full turn-based. When you enter battle no one can move until its their turn. Pillars of Eternity is realtime-turnbased. Everything is happening all at once, but the caracters are taking turns. You can pause the action and give orders to your party though. Pillars is more like Baldur's Gate or Icewind Dale in that respect
As far as how long they take? I dont know about DOS2 but I'm about 15 hours in ...
You don't have to guess. You can see that its selling incredibly well if you look around online.
Lets not forget Christmas being right around the corner also.....
I'm sure it will be, but probably not for a while. They will probably release on consoles like they did with the original, once they create the 'expanded' edition, or whatever it was called.
Either way, don't feel like you need to play the first one to understand this one. They don't really have anything to do with each other story wise. And this one has much better character creation choices. For one, you can choose your race, and two races are things y...
This game is awesome!
If you like isometric RPG's this is simply the best there's ever been. Period.
This is something else I can't figure out.
Not only do they have the film rights to Daredevil and Punisher, and not only do they have shows on Netflix for both of them, they are also fan favorite characters long before the movies even started getting made.
This was a perfect opportunity for them to add DD and Punisher to this series. It would have softened the "no X-Men" blow. Look, we didn't add X-Men this time, but we DO have these guy...
Do you play Dokkan Battle, by chance? I thought that April Fool's Yamcha event they did was hysterical. Two SSR versions of Yamcha that were horrible. And they just showed his corpse as the picturd if you transcended him to UR level. Friggin' hysterical.
I would say Yamcha is Toriyama's least favorite character but that wouldn't be true. He has said before that Vegeta is his least favorite. Which is asinine because everyone knows Vegeta is the greatest DB character there is.
Tien is cool. Yamcha is terrible.
Why? The match starts and he instantly dies. Who wants to play as him?
Not true at all. There have been plenty of good fighting games since Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo.
Most fighting games now have way more conten than that game ever did. Online play is completely necessary for the genre. Its the next best thing to having actual arcades to go play in, which are virtually non-existent in the U.S. nowadays.
But even if you aren't an online kinda guy, you still have as much, if not more single player content in today'...
You are way off.
First of all Marvel DOES own the rights to use the X-Men and F4 in their games. The only thing they don't own are the MOVIE rights to those characters. So they could put them in if they wanted. They are just choosing not to.
Marvel has been shafting the Fantastic 4 for a very long time now, and to lesser extent, the X-Men. They aren't included in hardly anything outside the comics. And that is simply because they dont own the mov...
Most people like the gameplay mechanics though. Even most people that complained about the original liked the solid, polished gameplay.
Nothing is locked behind a paywall though. Even the microtransacation store only sells cosmetic items that can also be bought through in-game currency. And that in-game currency is easy to come by. (Bright Dust)
As far as the DLC goes, no one knows how that will be handled yet. Sure, they could be idiots and lock Strikes behind a paywall for people that don't buy the DLC. They did in D1. But they've clearly learned from D1 and improved a lot of things. So its very p...
The fact that only 20 people are playing it on a platform is bad, regardless of what platform it is or how many other platforms its available on.
