What a horrible twist of fate that is, my condolences to all who knew him
I am also very hoepful, but somewhat hesitant, Team Ninja has a very different style and it'll be interesting to see what of that shines through in the full game
Well it really depends on the person, some people are really into the experimental, atmospherical, story based titles, rather then a lot of the other stuff, and thankfully this generation XBLA and PSN have provided a lot of those games for our enjoyment
I've heard mixed things about this game, Not going to buy it but it's good to see devs focus on atmosphere and setting a lot in downloadable games
I like it a lot, I just find that fur and dust stick to it a lot more then on the reserved and simple finish of my current slim line
The new console situation is a brilliant example of microsoft not paying any attention to what was wrong with the original ps3 on the exterior, as anyone with a pet knows, having touch sensitive buttons is a horrible idea, as is the slick finish, it is completely bizarre
It's too bad that map died somewhere back around 03, Gotta say my Favourite UMS of all time was Diplomacy
There is really no doubt that Blizzard and Starcraft have had far reaching effects on the industry as a whole
Sorry about that people, had some internet trouble so I couldn't update the link, it's now the correct link under the update section
Yea I got one of the best endings, only lost one character and it wasn't a playable one, that's all I'll say... Idk if that gives it away but either way
I played it in two sittings but only cause I started it late at night, Several moments in that game easily could've been top 4 or 5 on this list
I have to disagree with that, Starting with SC2, we're going to be rolling through quite a few solid games this year, although the impact will truly be determined only when we know what games get pushed to Q1 2011
Definitely agree with 5 and 1, never played the others but those two are definitely worth it
I don't agree wit the theory that maps need to return but these are good choices
They are the developers and they will make the games they want to make, if you're looking for a ridiculously hardcore experience, i would suggest ARMA2
Great episode of zipline and a lot of good new information
Great list, every game i've played on it, i can agree with completely
I don't know if I can agree with that yet, the only thing that would really ruin it would be health regen, the cover system makes very little difference if they design the maps correctly, and have the grenades work right, for example, would death trap's corridor of death have really made a difference with a cover system, no not really, talking about the corridor on the outside btw
That and the most important feature of 1 map per mode in the Socom/Socom 2 era made for the best map design I've ever seen in gaming
I agree with this sentiment completed, skill and tactics make a far better game then COD style gameplay
Another Brilliant game by Blizzard, not much more to be said then that really
