Also, that whole argument of Xbox 360 owners buying 2-3 xboxes to inflate the numbers is stupid. Personally, when my xbox 360 RROD, I did noy BUY a new xbox, but got a REPLACEMENT FOR FREE, therefore it does not count in the total SALES.

Microsoft owns the Quantum Break IP. And accept it or not, Halo is HUGE. It still is one of the highest-regarded franchises.
It will sell more than 4 millions by the end of the year. The holiday sales account for the majority of sales in a year. I still remember when the 360 was able to pull 1 million sales on the Black Friday week alone. I think more realistically it will reach 7-9 millions

It's quite naive if you think Sony does not pay for exclusive content. Just like MS paid for exclusive Call of Duty marketing and DLC, Sony also paid for exclusive DLC and marketing.

You're overdramatizing here. More than half the studios you listed were never closed by MS, were only part of a third party deal and closed down years later after both MS and the studio had parted ways. Besides, most are studios we have never heard of and had done mediocre projects.

Great. Now you're 100 % gaming console or you're not. Just because it can do a myriad of other things does not mean it does not have its priority on games. You can do so much with a phone (games, surf the internet) but it's priority is still as a cellphone. Thats not true, just because it doesnt beat the ps4 doesnt mean it doesnt sell well. The xbox sells well everywhere except Japan. The 360 sold out in every region exceptt Japan at launch

Just curious, but what impact does it have on your life if the game series doesn't die? You already don't play so it doesn't change anything in your life.
