I must hand it to Sony. Nobody does exclusives like they do.
I tire of all the super magic 5000 ones out there. Post apocalyptic scenarios are the best.
I would love to see a PC version myself.
1. The Uncharted Series (I actually liked the first slightly more, just
cuz it was more revolutionary, but still enjoyed both).
2. Resistance Series (Original's Campaign and story, Sequel's 8 player
co-op)
3. Killzone 2
4. Little Big Planet
5. Ratchet and Clank Series
6. Pixel Junk Monsters
7. Infamous
8. Grand Theft Auto IV
9. Motorstorm
God of War III will very likely make the list, but because I haven't played it yet...
Would love to see a full iteration on today's tech.
Are collector's editions, ultimate editions, etc... worth it? I generally just get the standard edition of games (it saves me $$), but I'm not opposed to other editions if they really are worth it.
So...thoughts?
Crysis is still king. I freakin' love that game.
Nobody is trying to force you to play PC, and nobody is trying to say PS3 is somehow stupid. I think Pogibaldy is simply trying to point out that PC gaming can be very straightforward - and played like a console - without the difficulties you are insinuating.
Oh, and it doesn't take an hour to get a game running on PC. That's just not accurate.
I'm starving for a great, captivating RPG.
I know what you're saying. I see disagrees all the time for statements of simple fact like "I pre-ordered that game." With that kind of comment a disagree is simply humorous. It's like disagreeing that the world is round, not flat.
Hopefully this isn't one of those summer games that goes completely unnoticed. I spent a bit of time in the beta, trying out the weapons and learning the combat.
There is a deep shooter in this game and it offers some real fun.
Although I did enjoy operation: Anchorage and The Pitt, neither lived up to experience I had hoped for in buying Fallout DLC. Point Lookout is just what the Dr. ordered.
Great point. Nintendo would have been a great candidate to promote its own product, inherently better than any third party.
for the prices they have to pay. No es bueno. :(
Nothing like a foul mouthed Drake.
I would rather deal with some glitches and slow down than continuous overall visual inferiority. That's just me though.
I've lost about 24 gig just to Mandatory installs.
and great analogy. Naughty Dog has INCREASED everything it is doing with Uncharted 2. Increasing and improving seem to make sense as time goes on.
Mandatory vs. optional = optional ftw
And you don't have to play Hardcore if you don't want to.
Ah...now I see the other story about how it makes it better from the same site. Gotta agree with the other story.
