the BETA is a ton of fun, the guns feel more visceral, the graphics are sharper and now you can actually see a lighting engine at work over the whole map. That being said nothing beats blasting the heck out of a house the other team is holed up in with the wrong end of an M1 Abrams tank.

I agree there are more than enough reasons to not be too fond of Sony but you have to give credit where it is due. They hit a home run with the design of the PS3 and have gotten nothing but crap for it. I for one like to see the best man win in the end. Doesn't mean I have to love em just means I should respect his accomplishment. Same thing here with two corporations. that's why I NEVER bother with these gameplay videos (unless its an unknown title and I want to an idea of what it will be like) they make the material old before its new. Same with BETAS , you can count on one hand with two fingers folded the number of betas I have been in. When the game comes out you're not really that excited about it because its not new to you, while everyone else is experiencing the finished product. you're cheating yourself IMO.

I believe on a long enough graph you will see that Sony titles actually sell better for far longer than niche 360 titles. I mean take away big multiplats like modern warfare, GTA and all of a sudden the 360 looks like a wii on steroids whose only big selling titles are halo(mario).

I did see an article this morning that said Uncharted leads the pack in nominations with 9 while MW2 only has 6. Somehow I think somebody in Redmond made phone calls all day long to make sure that outcome changes.
lag is the least of this games problems, I don't think I have ever been more underwhelmed by a sequel. In fact this makes the original look like a master piece. Valve is a joke now.

its also funny to hear the deafening silence from some of the worst trolls here that keep pretending that the PS3 is "doooomed". The console sells well in 3 major markets while the 360 sells horribly in one of them and is getting outsold in the other two.
