what you saw in MGS4 was the first iteration of Kojimas engine for the console. As far as multiplats read my explanation on the first page. You will see games reach 1080p resolutions with ease as these engines mature and they figure out more ways to use the SPUs for rendering power.

I think he's referring to all different gameplay modes offered by MW2. i.e. piloting a predator missile with your controller down onto a battlefield. We need WAY MORE stuff like this to rejuvenate the FPS genre. Like the snow mobile sequence is great, I would have made it more challenging with target requirements along the way for trophies or achievements but we all know this game is for noobs. Hopefully he makes something in the same vein of thought for harcore gamers.
