It is a very subjective view. You are asking what makes a great game, the experience while playing makes a game good, great or awful. I assume you don't classify telltale games as games. Yet they are games. For the last of us the answer is simple. It is a game, end of story. The gameplay is also great. What makes it great? Not my opinion and not yours. A great game is defined by the collective opinion of those who have played it. The collective opinion is that it is one of the greatest g...
It's worth playing when it comes to ps4, great game and slightly better than the last one.
I am halfway through episode 3, great game.
I wouldn't mind if they did that aspect ratio more often if it meant games looked better. I quite enjoyed the order, it could have done with being longer, but otherwise it was a great game. As was until dawn.
The other advantage of cartridges is missed. Anyone remember donkey kong when it first came out on the snes. Didn't they pop a superfx chip in that cartridge to allow the game to work on that console. I think they also did the same for star fox. If they could do the same again it would give them a slight edge.
Suck it up, it happened. It's the best tomb raider game to date so any serious fan who skips it are only really hurting themselves. Also bare in mind if you are a true fan and want more tomb raider games then this needs to sell. If this game does become a Commercial flop there will be no more. Who suffers the most then, i would say the fans.
$1000 Alienware computer console.. Actually it would be interesting if they released multiple console options with scalable development tools . What if for the top end you were guaranteed 1440p with 60fps and high end detail, but the bottom end you get only 720p with reduced graphics. That might be interesting. If they do a handheld concept this is possibly what they are going for anyway, so why not add a low, mid, high end console option.
So much speculation though, hopeful...
No, but the empire will.
It won't be too late, but it needs to be more powerful than the ps4. If it is on par, but with custom chipsets then AAA Multiplatform games will be more difficult to make. This would mean sloppy ports and put gamers off.
I also think based on the 1080p ps4 vs Xbox, that if they make it more powerful and advertise it as the most powerful home console, that it will become the best seller.
I hope it's a great system, not sure yet whether I will buy it, but as I...
Not a chance. I love my Xbox one, but it won't catch up with the ps4 in terms of sales. What MS can do is keep the sales strong. It has been selling very well, but will continue to be overshadowed by the ps4. The hype train for ps4 is in full swing and will stay this way until next gen ( unless the nx turns out to be a miracle console, but not sure if this is likely).
Nintendo have been undersupporting the Wii U for 2-3 years. So i suspect they have a lot of games being developed already for their new system.
I have owned all of their consoles. I enjoyed the Wii U, until it broke. The first Nintendo console to ever break on me, after an update too. Providing it's not another under powered console I might buy it. I know people say Nintendo doesn't need power, but they do. They once led the console race by being the most powerful games machines on the market, now they focus on energy saving over performance. So I will watch and wait.
You mean "rise of the tomb raider ultimate definitive edition", October 2017.
Dual NX, Wii U launch is likely.
Damn, that's impressive.
Hopefully not, it looks good and is one of my most anticipated games. Given the fact that it looks quite ambitious and that it is a new IP though a delay wouldn't surprise me. It also doesn't have an estimated release date, just 2016.
I'm more fussed about what games they add to BC. I want to play my bioshock games.
Not much of an issue, there is enough for me to play this year anyway. I have gears 4, halo wars 2, quantum break, deus ex and uncharted 4 already locked in. Horizon zero dawn would also be on my list, but I honestly expect this to be delayed as well, especially as it is a new IP, but time will tell. Plenty of great games to choose from regardless.
They should stop talking about innovation and show some game clips. Ultimately this is what will determine longevity and console sales. If the console does come out this year then start teasing us with footage.doing this won't spoil the innovative surprise, unless the graphics suck.
I just played it and thought it was a great game. I Also liked the story and the ending and would buy the next installment. The only issue with the Game is that it was very small. It took me 5 hours to complete and had no alternative modes. It took me less time to complete than other short games such as ryse. But other than the length it was very good and i would recommend it to anyone that wants a story based shooter.
