@ Montrealien.
I think it's cool that you are such an unbiased gamer, but not everyone is like you that they can sit at home with both consoles and rich enough to purchase whatever game they feel like.
Most people need to be discerning about cost and quality.
Most people only own the one console.
For those people, having the best product at the least cost is imperative.
For those people, these comparisons provide tremendous value and thus, qu...

Dude.
Did you read the article?
Apparently the developers HAD TO hype the ps3 so that sony (who owned the rights) would allow the title to be developed in the first place!
what a way to own yourself, Sony!
Don't believe me? Here's the quote:
'So why the mix up between what Terminal Reality said during development and the final product? Of course, the team said a lot about objects on-screen, rather than textures and r...
Commodore64 rules.
Don't insult me by comparing the mighty C64 to teh overhyped cell, dawg!
The C64 eats teh ps3 for breakfast, even back in 1985
;)
ps3 fans must feel like dolts for forking out more money and getting so much less quality.
*claps hands like a seal*

Interesting quote, in light of initial developer comments:
'"A PSU.com interview might highlight the reason for complimenting the PS3 version of the game; pressure from Sony Pictures who owns the film's rights:
"Sony and the talent were adamant that before they got involved with a Ghostbusters game, the tech had to be capable of providing an authentic Ghostbusters experience, and that required graphics and physics tech," Terminal Reality Executive Prod...
yet you seem to spend all your time here.
What does that say about home?
What does it say about you?
Oh my dear, poor Cayal!
The game runs and looks MUCH better on 360, despite being led on the ps3 and being ported to the 360. Even despite what some ignorant marketing chump said.
Isn't it funny how you prefer to cling to that one quote, in lieu of accepting that the ps3 version is just woefully inadequate, again?
Nothing you say, do, think, pray for, hope for or quote will change that reality, my dear, poor cayal.
nothing.

thanks zorro.
It's nice to see some objectivity and truth among all the fanboyism on here.
but cayal... are you on drugs?
This game was led and hyped on ps3.... undeniable
yet...
It looks better on the 360.... undeniable
It plays better on the 360.... undeniable
please stop talking.
hmmmm.... Darkie.
The problem is,
you and every ps3 fanboy keeps TALKING about how the ps3 is being held back in multiplats by the 360.
But in reality,
the multiplats are SHOWING that it is the ps3 that is holding the 360 back.
See how there's a difference between TALKING and SHOWING?
Darkie, it is now June 2009. (not 2007!)
This game was led and hyped on ps3.... undeniable
yet...
It looks better on the 360.... undeniable
BAM!
right on cue... SDF.
