For me it won't make a much of a difference, I'm only purchasing the console in Q1 or Q2 2014. Too bad about the gamers that purchase the console at launch, and want to play a racing game.
I find the console launch exclusives for the PS4 quite lacking, and it's getting worse day by day with delays. I honestly don't understand why people are rushing to buy the console at launch simply to play a pretty brainless FPS that's Killzone, Knack or a couple of indi...

Yes, it appears so. There were just too many f**k ups by the Xbox division in the past few months and they just don't seem ready for next gen. Apparently they have been sleeping the last few years. I hope they get their act together, i like and want fierce competition.

Keyword... Exclusives. Lot of the games on your list are not exclusives and some of them, I've never heard of.
As for exclusives launch lineups, both consoles are lackluster... but still out of both consoles, the X1 has a better exclusive launch lineup then the PS4.
Not surprised. They were launching it close to Assassin Creed 4 launch... so they delayed Watch Dogs a few months. That way both games don't compete with each other sales wise on the same time period.
Yes it's true, Digital future is unstoppable. Just look at Steam, Origin, etc.
I wouldn't mind Microsoft going all digital like they planed, IF they practiced similar prices and deals we get on Steam or other digital platforms. Unfortunately the prices practiced by Microsoft in relation to games and deals on XBLA are not appealing (to put it lightly). Microsoft at this moment can't even compete with PSN+.
I would wait... i suspect Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 and Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 will be released on X1 and PS4 before the release of Kingdom Hearts 3.

I agree @porkChop... do a good melee system or don't do it at all. Let the player have the choice of how he wants to play the game, melle or stealth.

One small advice to Microsoft, release a cheaper Kinectless X1, otherwise they already lost next gen... unless they don't mind coming behind Sony next gen just as long they make a profit on the console.
Most gamers don't want nor care for Kinect (or PS Move for that matter). I'm ugly, don't want cameras filming me (Kinect nor PS Eye).
Seriously ... Microsoft has to improve their XBLA Gold service to compete with PSN+. I honestly don't see the point to pay for XBLA Gold, simply to play multiplayer. Microsoft should really follow Sony with their online payed service.

Sony is as much to blame as Foxconn. Sony already new about Foxconn's bad track record, and they still hired them. Companies that hire Foxconn, like Sony, Apple, Microsoft, among others, are as much to blame as Foxconn for slave workers and poor working conditions.
Companies like Sony, Apple, etc, don't mind using Foxconn as long as they can keep the costs down. I blame those companies for the slavery practiced at Foxconn, because if those companies stooped using Foxconn, working conditions would drastically improve in those factories.

BTW since FF13-3 is releasing next year, i don't think FF15 will be released in the same year.
