Stating the fact is not basing. The truth is that Kinect's specs are bad. Ask any PC gamer and they'll tell you that.

Again, that's not attacking. That's just stating the fact. Sony is right. Kinect's line-up is pretty bad. The best Kinect game is Dance Central, which only receive an average score of around 8.

because 360 gamers too ashame to return it, because returning it would prove that the PS3 gamers were right.
So 360 gamers rather just put Kinect away and let it collect dust in the closet, rather than return it.
If Microsoft lost this case, they can easily pay Motorola by hiking the price of Xbox Live again. That's how deep Microsoft's pock is. Microsoft's pocket is so deep that it extends right into 360 gamer's pockets.
It's basically more limited than a primitive controller. The only thing it is good for is dancing games. And if you're going to dance, might as well go to the club or something.
