Pirates also thinks it's a waste of money to buy great games and support the hard working developers.

How can it be a waste of money for Sony when Geo and the hackers will be paying Sony back for damages?

Pirates thinks there's no point to sueing Geo and those hackers.

But there is a point. The point is to make sure Geo and the hackers go to jail for a long long time, where he'll not be able to jailbreak out of.

to indicate who's currently talking. Sometimes, I can't tell if Sev is talking, my partner is talking, or the captain is talking from some far away places.

For example, sometimes, I would hear, "You, follow me." And I turn around and everyone are already dispursing and I didn't see who had said it and I am standing there thinking who said it and trying to figure out who to follow. It would be nice to have some kind of indicator to show who is currentl...

but Squaresoft's linear games of the past can easily compete with the likes of open-world games such as Red Dead Redemption.

It's all about the quality, not the open-ness or linear-ness.

They were deriving Sony's root key using their own PS3s. The root key is still Sony's root key. You can not use Sony's root key to without Sony's consent.

Simialrily, just because you were able to guess my gmail password on your computer doesn't mean it's your password. It's still my password and you can not use it legally without my consent.

"So I can burn my ps3, smash it to bits, sell it... pretty much anything I want... but I can't crack it open and modify it by means of software?"

Actually, you can do all that, and you can open it up and modify it by means of software if you want. That's all legal.

However, if you stole Sony's private key and distribute it on the internet, and if you use the private key you stole from Sony to sign unahtorize code without Sony's cons...

Hackers didn't have to steal Apple's private key and confidential trade secrets to sign unauthorize code.

Sony have a case because Geo and hackers stole Sony's private key, distributed it, and use it to sign code without Sony's consent, and without a license. That is illegal, and there is no way Geo will get away with it.

If Geo was only modding his console, Sony would lose.
However, Geo have stolen Sony's private key and used it ...

You flip flop too much. Within one paragraph, you switch sides like ten times. You need to stand by your opinion, man.

"I like this. However, I like that. However, Insomiac should do whatever it wants. However, Insomiac should do what the fans want. That's a good thing. But it's a bad thing."

I mean, it's like you don't have your own opinion, and you're just combining all the opinions of everybody else together, into one b...

Where is all the cool character designs of past SE games gone?

The characters in this game is too generic looking, and not badass enough.

Jailbreaking and hacking your own hardware is legal.

However, stealing and releasing Sony's private root key is not. Also, using Sony's private root key to illegally sign code without a license and without Sony's consent is also illegal.

Since when are you criminal scum for messing around with a piece of hardware you own?

He owned his hardware, but Sony own the private root key. Stealing Sony's private root key and distributing it over the internet, using Sony's private root key for illegal activities, signing code with Sony's private root key without a license and without Sony's consent... All these things are illegal and unethical.

Why would they suddenly want to write Homebrew for the PS3 now that it's hacked?
