I hope Kinect sells 1 billion units. Then Microsoft can take all that money and make some EXCELLENT CORE and HARDCORE PC and 360 exclusives. Hell maybe even port some to the PS3.
For me it's all about the games and if Move and Kinect generate money for better Core games then so be it.
Other than that who cares how many units Kinect sales cause you either like it or you don't.

Sure Half Life 2 is the greatest game ever but STALKER does give you a great single player experience as well.

Are you serious? GT5 has more Mazdas and Skylines than Forza has cars total.
Forza has a mere 400 cars while GT5 has over 1000. Gt5 is the definitive racing sim while Forza is just another racing game.

If the performance gains are true then it looks like the GTX 560 will catch the HD 6870 in performance. The GTX 460 is Nvidia's best card right now as far as bang for buck.

Just found out about this hack and slash MMO. I saw a trailer of it and was AMAZED at the combat and physics. When I saw the Mage kick the mutant looking thing through the wall, I was hooked.
Vindictus runs on the Source Engine (Half Life 2) and has Physics and interactive environments. the developer seems to be really working on making Vindictus bigger and adding more content. It looks great so far.

I remember the last game that was announced as a trilogy, Advent Rising and that didn't work out so great. Just stick to the first game and make it very good.
Most Apple gamers have Boot camp and a Windows OS on there Macs and play games that way but it's cool to see developers make their games for Apple.

Software versus and add-on device war I say no as this doesn't make sense. It's Move vs. Kinect and I have yet to see any hard numbers of Kinect sales figures that show it has completely dominated the great selling Move.

Blu-Ray? Who needs That? I download HD movies directly to my 1 TB HDD. I try to never ever have a disc of anything as they make better coasters than media holders. Apple would rather you download a movie from iTunes then buy a Blu-ray disc but you can install a Blu-ray player on some Macs. $2000 computer that can't run Crysis or Play Blu-rays disc is kinda dumb.
Flash Drives are nice and the prices are falling. I doubt we will see PC games on Blu-Ray as PC games mov...
Great article and I accept any benchmarks that use max gaming settings w/ 4xAA and 16xAF at 1920 x 1080 using current drivers in which this site did great job.
As an AMD guy i can't lie as the GTX 580 is an impressive card that runs much cooler and quieter than a GTX 480.
If you get it you wont be disappointed.

Wow that video put me to sleep. Nice how HAWX2 just stapled some Tessellation features onto their game right at the very last minute.
it's OK as developers are still learning how to use this new tech. So wake me up when someone uses full blown Tessellation that will break a Video card down to it's knees besides Metro 2033 PC and Lost planet 2 PC

360 fans get angry when you you call the 360 the "teh Shooter Console" but let's face it the triple A title Alan Wake at 700,000 units didn't do so well.
Final Fantasy should stay on the PS3 and PC ONLY because the tech in the 360 will just hold it back.
