We already know Bioware is working on Mass Effect 3 and some kind of MMO.
I was hoping for a FPS/RPG of Shattered Steel but who knows.

I was hooked on STALKER within the first 5 minutes of just walking around exploring and finding hidden items.
Some people didn't like Clear Sky but I enjoyed it, sure it had WAY more combat than the other two but STALKER is a FPS.

STALKER is like the best game ever, it goes neck and neck with Half life 2. Good article about developers not under the corporate thumb of big shareholding Publishers. Seems like the European studios are making the best games as of late.
Can't wait for STALKER 2 but until then I'll just enjoy the mods and replay value.
I can wait as Arma 2 is one hell of a game.If you PC is a beast and your tired of console ports then may I suggest Arma 2 for some REAL combat.

no problem. At least Portal 2 has a release date versus HL2 ep3 which we have no clue about.
Valve has less than 250 employees and they make the best games which people tend to play for years and not to mention the hundreds of mods. So I can't complain about a Portal 2 delay when I haven't played every single HL2 mod yet which makes for great gaming.
Valve's weird release date info is most likely some secret code to a DotA release date or som...
So for every post in here that states ONlive is the future of gaming then why has some mediocre, unheard of company done this instead of any of the forward thinking corporate giants?

Uncharted 2 won like GOTY from like 25 other publications and I do recall EVERYONE complaining last year because Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 won far too many awards and nominations.

Guerrilla Games is making GTA V
Rockstar is making Starcraft 3
Blizzard is making Doom 4

Metro 2033 is the new standard for PC graphics. In fact STALKER Clear Sky and Call of Pripyat with the Complete mod looks better than Crysis IMO.
The DX11 games utilizing all the eye candy are coming. several games have ditched their DX10 engines for DX11 engines and there is a lot of new tech that developers have to learn how to utilize properly. This is the same thing that happened when Dx10 was released.

actually they should make games that bring back the feeling of these classic titles by evolving the genre. Look how great Super Mario Galaxy is.
