I think it's a free DLC, only made so that the game could be sold in Japan as a 17+ (instead of 18+)
Who cares where you can get the games? If you have a PS4, you will get them for it, if you have both consoles, just get the games where you want to play them on, and that's it.
Next year will be huge for PS exclusives, though. Starting in February with The Order 1886.
"... and just make it easy to import the xbox to consumers who really wanted it"
From the amount on consoles they sell in Japan, this could be an easier and cheaper solution for MS.
Not sure if really doable.
I started playing it, although I had to stop since I got a job recently. I was enjoying it, but I wasn't sure what was going on. I was wondering: do you get enough days to finish the game 100%? It seems to me that I'd be half way done leveling my character and persona, and the game will run out of days
it means that companies changes components very often to reduce production price and make manufacturing more efficient.
Thanks to all these changes, Sony will someday be able to announce a price drop and eventually a slim PS4.
Not really. The game was just a concept when it was announced. It was more like: "We are going to make this game" instead of " We are developing this game". Also, the game was in development hell for a while because of the PS3 architecture. Then, the game was put on hold because Square Enix got the Lighting-itis so they put the team working on FFXV to work on FFXIII saga.
The team working is the same team that worked on Kingdom Hearts series, so they had...
People are saying it's slower that previously showcased. However, it could also be that they don't have a high level. That's how Kingdom Hearts work: At the beginning of the game you are slow, but when you are at high levels, you do many combos and move much faster.
It could also mean that it was just a tech demo to show people how it works and that's it.
If Patience is Holy, then we are all gods by now.
Definitely not The Last Guardian. That's a game for E3 since it has worldwide appeal.
My guess is Gravity Rush 2. However, don't know if it will be for PS4 or PSVita or both.
This is going to be the first game that will celebrate 10 years anniversary without being released. They might even release it with a commemorative version saying "I waited 10 years to play this game"
They are probably doing finishing touches, so there's no reason for him to be there full time. Also, there is no way he will abandon the project completely, only serve as a consultant while the game is done.
They have it setup to start at 10:30 PM on Youtube.. Doesn't the conference start at 10PM... Guess you can't spell IGNorant without IGN.
actually it's 0:00h Central. It's 2 hours after Pacific (22:00h) and 1 hour before Eastern (01:00h).
I am only interested in Tomb Raider Definite Edition, but since the game went timed exclusive to Xbox One, and I won't be able to play the sequel until god knows when, I guess I won't be buying it.
Well , that's good. Hopefully they make a good use of the studio and let them create great games.
Minecraft is not a good investment, and again, Microsoft is betting on the short term instead on the long term. Minecraft is reaching it's peak, and it's going to fall just like Guitar Hero, Motion Controls and Flappy Bird.
Microsoft should be investing in first party studios and first party games. I don't get why they refuse to do that, and I don't mean buy studios, but they need to also create them. They have the money, but they are just wasting it.
KH3 has just been announced and hasn't even started full development yet (until they finish FFXV).
Yes, they took a lot of time to announce it, but that doesn't mean it's been in development for so long like XV.
Everyone is treating KH3 as if it was announced at the same time as XV.
Since when is a console better than a PC when it releases. The PS3 was different, but I don't think it was still more powerful than PCs of the time.
@XBLSKull
"you make that sacrifice when you choose to put out a console in a 4-500 price range"
Can you blame them? Look what happened with the PS3. Look at what's happening with the Xbox One. It won't matter if the console is the most powerful machine in existence. People ...
it's much better than temple run. It's very fun. However, like every F2P game, it's ruined by cheap tactics to make you spend money.
They ironic thing is, that if you think about it, the games that force you the least to pay, are the games that make the most money, like Flappy Bird for example.
Not necessarily. It certainly will upset people if it's a DIRECT sequel of a game that was on the Xbox, just as Tomb Raider. If it is a new IP or a reboot of some sort, then why would there be any problem?
After all, I don't think that there is a third party exclusive that can remain like that for long. Even Gears of War was rumored to go to PS, and Microsoft had to buy the rights to avoid that.
