I preordered it. I think is a good value. You get the 3G model and for $50 more a game, a case and a memory stick (since is small could be for saves). For everyone planning to get the 3G model, they should get this.
I bought the game new and actually thought that it was part of the story. Now that I know is not, it is kind of irrelevant when you take it apart and play it separately. When you play it together though, it adds a nice touch.

I don't understand. Xbox 360 did this when it launched. The consoled launched at $499.99, but if you wanted Wi-Fi, you had to add $99.99, then you have to either buy a rechargeable battery for $49.99 (I believe) or just buy regular AA batteries every time they run out. That meant that the console was in total way more than $600 the PS3 was asking and with more features, including bluray.

There will be a lot of games 10 years from now which we look back to and regret not playing them, and all will have been for being fanboys. We should appreciate good games no matter what console they are on, and specially we shouldn't listen to biased, egoistic reviews... in the end the experience is what matters.

Every review I read about this game complains that it is not the same as the old Ratchet and Clank and that it does not play as well as the single player titles. That logic is flawed because if the leap from Uncharted was so big, that impressed reviewers, and gave the game a 10, then Uncharted 3 is the same or better than Uncharted 3 (we all know is better) they should still give the game a 10 since there is no higher score.

The fighting system os weird. it is simple enough, but at the same time is technical and requires timing and focus. The thing is that it takes a lot of time to defeat the guys. In that part I agree with DrFUD. Even if you are good at the timing, it takes too many hits to kill the thugs, especially when there are a lot of them. That is the reason you can get to 50x combo (assuming you get the timing right). They should be dead in 3 to 4 hits. Sometimes it feels like forever to kill a gang of 1...
I actually prefer that they do the cinematic approach, but not like they have been shown with QTEs.

If they released a sequel, it would be better to release on PS3. If it was a launch game for PS4 it could be in the same situation where nobody played it.
