Crysis was much more than a game with good graphics, it a HUGE levels, a sandbox way of completing your mission objectives, stunning set pieces. The nanosuit powers, and on the fly gun attachments gave it gameplay that extremely fun, and not seen in any other game. I loved the game before I could play it with good graphics, I even downloaded many many modded extra levels to play. Only a bit after the game when I upgraded could I see why people were so blown away by the graphics.
You can't "max" a console, new software, optimisations, and ideas mean there is always some potential for improvement. Look at PS2 for example.
Christianity doesn't ban bad language, it does ban killing, but in CoD and KZ, it's the language that angers you? Please, think this through!
If games cost $60 on PC, the publishers will want to make the same amount of money from console, due to the licensing fee, this means console games WILL go to $70. Stop celebrating at the potential loss of one of the reasons PC gaming is better, and start thinking outside the platform war, about how this affects you.
PC supports Blu-Ray, it's just not needed, games bigger than DVD are needed, but due to PC's install we can have multiple DVD, or as is often the case, one big download. I own one 20gb game, and 3 15gb games. They could be on Blu Ray, buy cheaper just multiple DVD's/download.
I think tetris is better than Halo 3!!!
You haven't palyed Crysis maxed have you...
Could make a better list solely with exclusives!
Exclusives for PC in 2010 worth mentioning are:

ARMA 2: Operation Arrowhead
Storm of War: Battle of Britain
Civilisation V
Star Trek Online
Napoleon: Total War
Sins of a Solar Empire: Diplomacy
Silent Hunter 5
Natural selection 2
Global Age...
Modern Warfare looks bad on console, ouch! I won't be getting DLC for this game, BFBC2 has stolen my heart.
It is unquestionably true that Crysis is still graphics king, as for multi-plat, I guess, Dirt 2 does has a lots of graphics stuff GT5 lacks. They REALLY need to be saying best CONSOLE graphics.
While the story may not be amazing, few FPS stories are, the gameplay is fun, many of the levels are very open and sandbox, the nanosuit is very fun to play with, and the is a lot of modded content.
Most console games don't even seem to be HD, let alone Full HD, let alone Full HD 3Dg. 3D will half frames rates, so the consoles would ahve to render 60FPS normal, just to get 30 FPS 3D...
Looks so good on PC in motion with DX11 :)
Ahem, Valve and the PC version of TF2 wish to point out the minor nearly doubles of weapons and tools, the tripling or something of maps, and the horde of new gameplay features...
If they force PC to have some limited graphics, or low res or something them, WHAT THE HELL. They should be trying to make it look as good as possible on each platform. If that means 360 gets sharper textures, and PS3 gets better lighting then fine, but don't lower both to keep people happy :(
A wired 60 control is cheaper than the receiver :(
But I agree, :) Different...but better
PC has, and by the looks of things, always will be setting the top bar for graphics. UC2 is good, but many PC exclusives and multiplats have beaten it.
It is ingame, but likely not real-time
The game is coming out on PC, but they only have 360 screenshots, so they show those.
