I'll get PC for the convenience and the better graphics
READ, it says they will
It's retail as well
Portal 2, a sequel to part of the Orange box, 3 years later :P
You clearly can't count, there have been 2 L4D's
Hahaha, L4D2 maxed on PC beats most games on the PS3.
360 uses same stuff as PC, much easier to port.
longer
LOL, I max Crysis, I still haven't seen anything on Crysis 2 to match that.
Valve are private, they can't be brought out.
There is NO "this resolution is only noticeable on size X and up", it's all based on viewing distance. On PC at a very short distance you can see the difference easily.
A big problem, is outside of PC, there are almost no true 1080p games. On both consoles there are only about 6 1080p games, and they aren't AAA games that many people have. So when a console user tries to compare MW2 at 720p, and at 1080p, it will look similar, as both are being rendered at 600p.
On PC I have a 22" screen, I can easily see the difference between 1080p and 720p, and playing a game at <1080p just feels weird.
Most 360 games are 720p, almost none are 1080p, several are <720p.
I suspect about £500, so only £150 more than a normal home PC.
.....
I impulse buy very easily in the Steam sales, much more often than I would in retail.
You just posted total numbers of consoles sold, the 25 million users, are unique active user in the last month. Plus as people say, Steam is not the only DD service, and many don't use any DD service. Other services like Xfire have millions of members. As the guys said about the 6 million DX11 GPU's, only a PC gamer will be buying those, as they are high end. So if 6 000 000 were sold in 6 months, that's much faster than console sales...
Yes the DRM was the most successful at stopping pirate so far. But it still failed, and has caused more lost sales and outrage than any other DRM.
Tis awesome
GFW is fine, thought take up a lot of the box. GFWL is a pain. I buy nearly all games digital, those that I but retail of often Steam powered, or have an option to not use the disc, (i.e BFBC2), basically, I haven't put a disc in to play a game in a long time.
Oops yep, despite easily having more exclusives than both consoles put together, PC's users only play Crysis :P
