I say we regionalize. Cut Japan out of the picture all together and use all of those millions of dollars of advertising campaigns and price drops and add to the North American market sweet deals that would make every other country jealous and make us feel loved...more. Gaming has truly reached the masses now and Japan is no longer as influential as it used to be when gaming had more of a cult following. Everybody is playing games now, and with the North American market in your pocket already...

This have been a much longer war than any xbox vs. playstation flamewar. PC gamers are capable of displaying alot of hate towards console gamers as they feel as if developers that should have the pc front and center are instead focusing mainly on the consoles of the day, limiting alot of what you get on PC versions. It's a money thing. Ninja Gaiden for the original Xbox looked so damn good that it would've been a wasted investment to make a version to port to the 360 since the original is backwards compatible, and seeing as there is not a "big" difference between a last gen console's version of NG and the ps3 Ninja Gaiden, why waste money when you don't have to. AAA games normally stay at regular retail longer than a year. If you havent played the demo, do it. You will see why money shouldnt be an object when talking about this game.
Honestly, I beat that game within 6-7 hours I think. There are alot of factors these days developers have to think about when making games. When you have graphically intense games that is truly a unique experience each level, it takes time to create all of this stuff. Can you imagine how long it would take Devs to make a game that looks like gears of war the size of Oblivion???? You'd be playing the Xbox 1080 before a game like that were finished.
