I've seen those guys swear to throw their ps3 out the window, Juggle Bill Gate's balls in their mouth, slap their grandmother............I've seen some pretty over the top reactions that Sony fanboys said would happen if this game did port. Very few 360 gamers have gone those lengths.
My money is going on the following..... $249 core, $299 premium, $399 elite. And btw, the new arcade 360 sku is going to be much nicer than the current core. Wireless controllers, memory card, games........plus at a price to match the Wii.....get out of here! If this happens, this will for sure take the bang out of Sony's price drop.......even though once they drop the price of the 60 gig ps3 I may get one..........I mean, after all, you can't expect to sell the 60 gig for $499 if the 80 is $...
Those bastards need to adjust the price on the 60 gig machines so I can snatch one up. Are any of the 60 gig machines bundled with a game or is it just the 80 gig? And is it the 60 that has the emotion engine or what? I need to know. If these f*ckers don't hurry up and announce the price adjustment...........there are a few 60 gig machines lingering around town here and that would be an excellent freaking purchase! Since I've become a contributor several months ago, I've noticed that while it was so hard to get a story approved because of your usual suspects (those who always hover around on the top posts list) always shoot down your story even though they always seem to post the same damn stories over, and over, and over again. Bioshock wouldnt see a significant enough amount of sales going to the ps3 as there just isnt a big enough installed base. But we've seen evidence that they were in fact working on the possibility of bringing it to the ps3. Remember, Bioshock wasnt created in a day, they were working on it before the ps3 launched. But with the possibility of the ps3 catching on everywhere they were prepared to port a version to the ps3. But since the proper sales arent there, it's just not in the cards right ...
Exclusives for the Playstation brand used to be so secure because no one could come close to the sales of the PS2 console, so it was easy to say no to porting to the original Xbox. But the landscape has changed so dramatically now that I don't care who you are, if your competition (360) has shown not only that it has a larger install base (and may very well keep a larger install base for a while at least) as a shareholder, as a CEO I would be compelled to find ways for my company to maximize ...
At least a gig of unified ram would have been awesome. I mean what was Sony thinking??? Even when that system launched, 256 megs of ram was just no good, I don't care how well you claim the SPEs could step in. BTW, they'll only step in if devs....USE THEM!!! Most devs ARE NOT using the SPEs and thus that will reflect on the quality of most games that come out for the PS3 console leaving consumers going for the more popular 360 which is cheaper in price, bundled with 2 games, rumble included, ...

The 360 was going to have only 256 megs of ram until Epic showed Microsoft what Gears would look like at 512 megs, and presto!
