The staff behind the game consist of old Hudson Soft developers; they were never lazy with their work; however, I feel Konami had this game rushed for release cause it's Konami.
Gotta say though, going back and playing the game with the boost to 60fps makes a positive difference in the game, especially multiplayer with friends.
Best Buy and Target will be having more in stock Friday for when Mario Kart 8 Deluxe releases. I hope you, your friends, and co-workers are able to get some.
It's a simultaneous dual-format release, not a remaster - just like Breath of the Wild. And just like Zelda was originally a Wii U game, Persona 5 was originally announced as a PS3 game in 2014.
I completely agree. Adds more variety in my opinion
Gaming industry is doing fine; let the Switch do its own thing. The big three don't have to be identical in design with everything.
Ever live throughout the 80s and early 90s? A lot of third party games were atrocious and you didn't have reviews telling you to avoid them; you had to take the leap of faith.
Dick Tracy, ET, Who Framed Roger Rabbit, McDonald's games, Home Improvement, or literally any game by LJN. Those were truly awful third party games
Given the portable nature of the Switch, it should find success in Japan and can even be successful in the states if Pokémon releases for it. 3DS did very well without third party support and I feel the Switch, even though Nintendo won't admit it, is the successor of both the Wii U and 3DS.
Nintendo needs to push this as a handheld and I think it'll succeed.
Free DLC and an update fixing the frame rate? What happened to the real Konami?
I enjoyed Dancing All Night on the Vita. I'd gladly play another
Graceful Explosion Machine is a lot of fun, especially if you're a fan of games like Resogun.
Possibly but I feel it'll see more success when the price drops. Unless they have more to show with new additions/content, $40 is much in my opinion
Games will come; system has only been out for a little over a month. With E3 a little over a month away, I'm expecting(hopefully) big announcements.
It's the same situation for a few friends of mine. I own it on Wii U so I don't plan to pick this up for quite awhile.
I hope you enjoy it; it's a very fun game, especially with friends and family.
People buying the game before getting a hold of the system(I know a few) and people buying two copies(one collector's/special edition to keep sealed) and another to play.
I don't recall anyone really ever saying that. Look at the release of the first GameBoy; their slogan was 'now you're playing with power.'
When PSP/DS launched, people claimed PSP would outsell DS cause of it was more powerful. Fast forward to 2011 and people said the same thing with Vita/3DS. We all know the outcome of those. Both the DS and 3DS(and even PS2 and Wii) have proven you don't need power to succeed; you need games, features, and good marketi...
My wife and I enjoy the portability of the console since we travel a lot and she can play while I drive and vice versa.
I'm hoping for some good announcements at E3.
Still got my original copy. A pretty enjoyable game, that's for sure.
Yeah I can definitely agree; however Shuffle suffers from the long wait timer and Go can have people catch and hatch more Pokémon if they buy things from the store but I can see where you're coming from cause Duel is more PvP based while the other two aren't.
I've faced people who have obviously spent money but have beaten a few of them. It's still bogus regardless but that's how most, if not all, free to play mobile games work.
I have friends who have spent $200+ on stuff like this and it's a waste of money.
This is why more and more developers have been adding a 'pay-for-loot crates' system. Personally speaking, I don't like it at all; I miss the days where you unlocked skins/characters and show those off as an accomplishment. Now, it's basically down to luck and money.
And yes, it's a way for developers to make more money to support the game; however, ...
