I still play a lot of retro games. Most of which are at 30fps. Never bothered me. When I play games, I get to a point where I don’t notice the FPS.

If they wanted something more, they shouldn’t have settled. It’s an agreement between both parties. And at 2023, this specific case is a non-issue and is done.

I got all 3 current gen consoles and I consider the PS5 as my primary with Switch and Xbox being support consoles. I don’t have an Xbox because of Game Pass. I have it so i don’t deny myself games I wanna play.
