Looks good, like Virtua Racing meets winning run. I feel like there’s so many flat shaded retro racers out there, if this kickstarter does give the devs a chance to include
VR it will differentiate itself
Is there an average life span for a game before it gets removed? I have a few games on GP I started but couldn’t finish cuz they’re gone. Now there’s this feeling of having to playthrough games before they go. I shoulda just bought em outright.
Ezra is still up in the air. I think if he were a straight male, he’d also be toast, but since he’s part of the “community” WB is still reconsidering his future.
I thought I was over it, then I see the new guy and hate his face. PS4 is still the superior version.
This is a great sign. Hopefully more games follow suit
@Eternal
No. The Red Orbs upgrade your character. There’s only one hidden mini game in each game. Plus no sex is actually shown.
@Number
So by your definition. Any R rated movie, that happens to have sex in it, is porn? Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO+ are also porn sites?
Have you seen porn? You should check it out. You’ll see a difference between Kinky Stepsister and Basic Instinct.
If LOD and Demolition is in this game, I’ll consider it.
@Number
No. Just because it has sexualized nudity doesn’t mean it’s pornographic. The difference being that the sole purpose of porn is to incite sexual arousal. While a sex scene in a movie or TV show may do that, it’s not the intended purpose.
Cooper is right.
A sex scene in a movie or game doesn’t make it porn. Even having a sex mini game like in God of War doesn’t make it porn.
Now if the Last of Us sole gameplay revolved around Ellie finding hook ups in a post apocalyptic world. And the core gameplay involved the actual act of sex in graphic detail and high end ray tracing,
Then yes that would be porn.
It used to be about racism and prejudice solely. Now it can encompass damn near anything anyone has beef with. So if there’s a toxic woman with a green flat top saying DOA is porn and it and its creators should be canceled for its sexualized and objectified depiction of women (nevermind that they’re all powerful asskickers), she’s “woke”.
I’m not a review score person or buy into meta reviews, but after playing the demo, it felt so unapologetically average. It’s not bad. There was just nothing there that’s notably great. A 6/10 seems about right. The main impression I had was the menus were so clumsy and cluttered.
He says not including backwards compatibility is a slap in the face. I understand how awesome it would be to play PSVR games on the VR2, but I don’t consider that a slap in the face. When I buy a VR2, it’s will be because of the VR2 games that utilize its many new features.
Everyone said Part 1 was a cash grab. It was obvious they wanted to line up with the show. And look how brilliantly that move turned out.
The atmosphere is so unsettling. I liked the sequels too, but they lost the atmosphere and with it that feeling of dread.
Booooo.
It’s because she’s a girl. They do that.
It’s gonna be a cut and paste mass email. He has no personal connection with any one of them, if he did, they’d still be working. MS isn’t in any dire financial trouble. He feels no pain.
Agreed. Sony’s own offerings are far superior than Activision’s IPs; some of which used to be Sony exclusives ironically.
Gives the lawyers time to find the loopholes
I agree with Foxtrot. Gotham has its share of super powered villains and characters on top of being in a world where aliens and meta humans are everywhere. Max Payne never had anything supernatural. Anything close was drug induced. I too, think Max Payne should stand alone.
Quantum Break is a perfect fit, not Max Payne, and making him part of the universe may kill a lot of the game’s appeal.
