Even if they get Blu Ray, they can't use it for games. It'll alienate those who don't have it. Maybe next gen.
My disappointment was that instead of being a trailblazer, they settled on being too similar to other fps.

I hate the guy and his brand of unfunny humor. Not to mention that idiot stare he seems to have in every movie where he plays, who else, RYAN REYNOLDS!
I just say this because he seems like Hollywood's 'go to' guy right now. And him being in Uncharted the Movie seems like a very real possibility.

I woulda put Mario Kart 64 over Double Dash. I thought DD was too slow. Looked great though, better than the recent Wii release.
I played Goldeneye on my N64 recently. I remember it looking great before, now it's literally 'fuzzy'. As I recall though that was common with most N64 games. (I play past gen games on a good ole SDTV).
Nathan Drake is a character that I don't get sick of. I'm tired of 'badasses'. Just as long as it takes em a good long while till the next installment. This game NEEDS to be slow roasted and cooked to perfection.

I know I'm working on my 4th play through on single player (this time on crushing). I dip into Mp a little, but no doubt this game is and was built as a single player experience.
This isn't a game soccer moms and their tween daughters would play. I'm sure the hardcore owners have and will buy this game, you just have too keep in mind that they are not the majority of owners on this system.
Plus he's got that killer 'stache. I wouldn't f*ck with a guy sportin that 'stache.
If Forza was on PS3, I don't know who would get that game as well or instead of GT5. All you need is one.

Gamecube MGS was complete garbage. I would still like to see a REAL MGS remake! With the real Snake and not the flipping, cartwheeling, dancing around on the battlefield pansy that was in Twin Snakes.

I think this game does get criticized too harshly for being more of the same. More than other sequels. Something new wouldn't hurt as long as it still feels like R&C.
There are more games like this in the future. Call me crazy but I love games with heavy story telling and lots of cutscenes.
Whose to say games can only be running through levels chopping/shooting hordes of bad guys. Not Quantic Dream.

doesn't matter. can't be used for gaming. cool if you want movies though. but then again if you want blu ray might as well just get a ps3.

I want this game so bad. I didn't buy NFS Shift, Forza, nor Dirt 2 all because I want my craving for racing to be filled in by this game. I can wait a long time.
