400 every 5 years is like marinating high end PC, that's not what console gamers seek to do. Not happening sorry Ubisoft! Especially with the leap in quality getting smaller and smaller as gaming nears realism the amount of things they can do lessen.
Killzone better offline gears better online!gears doesn't have the mega following because of its challenging nature is a turn off for fps squirt fighter gamers IE the majority.

im buying both consoles but fully realize if MS wouldve posted the identical information people wouldve griped about how its another way they tried to cheat us and squeeze money out of us...just a thought! some of the current cool features in the playstation controller wont work without the eye. Just like all this indie focus, who gives a damn, does anyone buy ps3 for journey, limbo, braid etc? its all PR stuff folks
i agree to a degree. but beleive this they can discount MS points they cant discount money so expect less overall sales and discounts.
cerny is great, INDIE push is over dramatic we care about the little guy push. Go watch a sundance flick, go play an INDIE game for 3 hours and be wowed, i am not spending 400-500 bucks on an indie title. triple AAA titles sell consoles, lets be real folks
INDIE games genrealyl suck and havent save anyone. Im sorry ill get knocked for this but INDIE games make for great PSN 10 dollar titles to keep us busy when not playing triple AAA titles. they are great for casual pick up and play sessions. This whole INDIE push is a bit over the top by Sony and is just a PR play if you ask me. Name 10 INDIE games people sunk time and money into and would play over triple AAA title

competition is good and right now nintendo isnt competion to sony in console market so for that matter MS helps there
but ps4 not sold out at bestbuy... and MS is. Still think MS is getting their asses kicked. but it will be competitive IMO once they both launch.

to play these games you will have to be online. so i dont think this debunks the online thing, the 24 hour check in was stupid but these are different things.
you have to be online to access said library! so yes to do this you will need to be ALWAYS ONLINE haha. and the system wasn't always on it was once every 24 hours. i didnt agree with the policies but get them right if your going to bash them. its like netflix, to access it you need to be online. and you cant have your friends access your library so again no its not the same, you can only access your games by signing in.cool feature and great incentive to buy digital...not the same
