If Japanese developers are smart, they'll at least do multiplat games and no Xbox One exclusives. They'd risk losing too much money unless they get it published free.

Rarely does any AAA game run at 60fps locked. There will always be frame dips during odd moments.
As long as it runs at 60fps 99.9% of the time, that's all that matters.
Agree - I prefer 60fps
Disagree - I prefer 30fps when 60fps is an option

I personally can't understand why anyone would want to play at 30fps over 60fps.
But Naughty Dog apparently aren't elitist snobs, so they just gave people an option.
A little research and you'll see that it's 60fps no dips, and the 30fps is only for people that want to play it with a framerate matching the PS3 version.

It kind of killed the mood listening to tapes in the final area when everything was so frantic and tense.
People say the PS4 is in a drought of games. Maybe this helps.
And like the PS3 before, having a diverse genre is always good for hardware sales.
