My top 5 favorite game consoles :
#1. Super Nintendo Entertainment System : 16-bit glory with colorful detailed graphics and amazing-for-the-time sound chip.
#2. Playstation 2 : So many great games in one generation. From ICO and Shadow of the Colossus to God of War. So many AAA games and so little time.
#3. Sega Dreamcast : The first time me and my best friend played Soul Calibur the night of the DCs launch was a true revelation. Better than arcade ...

The Wii should not even be included with all those great game consoles.

The N64 controller was HORRIBLE and uncomfortable to use for more than an hour and the N64 console itself was already far outdated upon its release with Nintendos decision to release it with the outdated -even -then cartridge format that limited the consoles true...
The new Devil May Cry is trash. I will never buy or play the new DMC.
The original Gears of War 3 content will be enough for me. I dont by DLC for games like COD , Battlefield or Gears of War anymore.
Ill buy the game and enjoy as long as it lasts.

My two favorites are MGS3 - Great story and excellent interesting characters and MGS4 - for a long time Metal Gear Solid fan this was THE game I had been waiting for years to play and the boss battles were intense and very fun to play.

Chrono Trigger is brilliant in so many ways. was one of the first games that featured a new game + mode.
Kudos for putting Metal Gear Solid the Twin Snakes soundtrack. It was an excellent addition to the Metal Gear series and its soundtrack is one of the more original versions of the series.
Both Metriod Prime and Resident Evil REmake must be in that list.
I dont care about the hackers or modders ... until they go online and ruin good games like Call of Duty 4.
Any and all Modders that go online specifically to cheat with MODS should be banned for life by both Microsoft and Sony.
So for everything that 343 studios has done has actually made me more interested in the Halo series.
I was never a big fan of Halo for many reasons. The first and foremost was that Masterchief was a faceless two dimensional character with no real personality but now it seems that 343 will be putting more into the character development of both John and Cortana and that is definitely a good thing.
I like the direction that 343 is taking Halo. Its a fresh new prespect...
