This was expected and will prolly continue when infinite discovery hits japan. Its good to see japan buying 360's just for this game.
MS might have had a spark in japan but at the same time its not a huge leap in sales especially for how cheap u can get the arcade 360 for. I think sony will respond to this with a price cut soon because they need it and there sales are not being a factor in there home land.

Dont be so sure of what? July NPD numbers speak for itself. If the MGS4 bundle which is 500 dollars can outsell the 360 arcade which u can get for 199. That right there shows u just how much an impact MGS4 and how great a value that bundle is despite the 360 having a bigger library of games. And also u got to also consider alot of that reason is due to the problem the 360 hardware has with RROD. U dont have to agree with me because of my opinion, but at the same time ill let the sale numbers ...
If seeing the ps3 outselling the xbox 360 isnt impressive even though u can get a 360 for alot cheaper and the 360 has the bigger library of games, just imagine just how many ps3's will sell when the price tag is at $299. If MS is worried now, they better hope sony doesnt come out with an sku for that price or it is lights out for the 360 because as soon as the ps3 gets around the range of the 250 dollar range, expect wii like sales on a monthly basis like u see the wii doing now or maybe eve...
And quick note for those that are stunned the 360 is still getting outsold.
No matter how low the price cut, consumers arent dumb. They can see a great product when it is in front of them. Yes the 360 does have a bigger lineup of games compared to the ps3 but at the same time u should know the only reason why this is the case is because of the early launch the 360 had over its competitors.

That has got to be the sickest looking sniper ive seen so far in an fps. Just look at him he looks awesome and the scope looks grat in the zoom mode for the sniper. I cant wait to get this game and I dont care how much a few of these sites say that this is just another shooter, because one thing for sure it will be a shooter u aint going to find nowhere else but the ps3. :)
Im sorry to tell u this but that was the pc version. Left 4 Dead will prolly be the way UT3 ran on consoles compared to PC's, a watered down slower version. This is why im not even hyped for this game. I think Resident Evil 5 is my most hyped up game for because atleast we seen it running on the ps3 and 360.
But at the same time, wow I wonder how this title wouldve sold if it were on the ps3 or wii. Well guess we will find out when White Knight Chronicles or a huge wii rpg hits japan.

Nailed it. And that is the reason PSN is pure bad a$$. I dont give a crap what people say about file sizes, but to deliver games like this and warhawk and Siren and Socom. Its something u will never get on live. I am amped.

Big part of this is a big thanx again to the MGS4 bundle. All I can say is aslong as sony keep shipping out 80gb MGS4 bundles, look for the sales to keep ps3 seling at this high rate.
Its very impressive considering the system still is at a high price tag. All I can say in the end is MGS4 FTW. :)
Edit: Just imagine how good the 80gb sku will sell when it comes in september for $399.
Hells yeah it was not only good, I thought it was the best out of them all. Awesome game man. I played all of them aswell and even though I did love Jubei, I got to say that Soki the main character on onimusha dawn of dreams was peer bad a$$. Also the other characters were awesome aswell. If u havent played it I say grab it, it is an awesome game especially if u enjoyed the others. This one will not dissappoint.
I dont want a lousy port like they did with lost planet. Instead of trying to give left over crap ports why not just give us a new Onimusha. :P
Reason I say that is because aslong as this sku is out many people will still be looking for the sku with the BC in it and they will still be getting a great bundle with the best game this next gen has to offer in the stealth action genre ever. :)

Alot of these people buying the arcade sku are going to be dissappointed when they find out later they cant play a few games because of no hard drive. I mean whats the point of selling this sku if people who buy it have to buy a hard drive anyways? It makes no sense and anyone who isnt a blind fanboy would know this sku is a joke and just another way of MS milking us. I guess if u love getting milked then go for the gold buying this sku but if your smart u will buy the premium sku or an elite...
They already had gameplay footage showing the ps3 version in action and the dev was saying how the ps3 fit the game well and they got everything they wanted of the game onto the ps3 version without having to hold back. And a big part of that was bluray which a few idiotic sites say is dead and fanboys which alot of devs are starting to prove that bluray is useful and will be needed in the future of gaming.
I do know though that I can add music to my ps3 alot easyer then the 360. I tried adding music from my ipod and psp to my 360 but it doesnt let me for some reason. As for my ps3 I just plug my ipod or my psp with a usb wire to my ps3 and I can copy every song I have on there and it is very quick, unlike grabbing cd's and ripping it to my 360 which takes forever.
I believe it will not only have great reviews around the board but it will also sell very well and move alot of systems and will be successful online. Truelly this game will be awesome.
And all these angry haterz trying to talk down on these games, please go and play your games and stop hating on 2 bad a$$ games u will never see on your system. Resistance 2 for sure will be AAA material and killzone 2 still has potential to be a great fps. I mean so far it has all the basics down and looks great and if they can nail the online multiplayer, this game will be hot and has the potential to be an AAA title. :)
