I find it funny how alot of u praise the halo series like its the second coming or something, lol. Dont get me wrong halo 3 may have had all the things u wrote in it but the game was mediocre at best and didnt live up to the hype. I remember when me and so may others who loved rainbow six black arrow and was always playing on xbox live and were anxciously awaiting halo 2's arrival and fable only to be dissappointed and went back to playing black arrow due to fable and halo 2 being such let downs.

It was the first on console to be an amazing fps expirience and is a game still praised today which is a classic.
And second of all halo did not revolutionize fps games but what halo as a franchise has done for the fps genre is making the fps genre on consoles a impact and it shows in sales with alot of big aaa fps titles we see now.
Dont get me wrong halo is a great franchise for microsoft due to sales but after halo, halo 2 and 3 have been a big dissappointment...
These idiots and other moronic sites try as hard as they can to make the ps3 look bad. I could give a rats poop if bluray survives or what but one thing is for sure, is as time goes by, developers are finding bluray quite usefull especially as they are adding tons more content and make games bigger they are starting to use bluray to take advantage of games they want to create.

Level 5 never dissappoints and from what we have seen from White Knight Chronicles, this game seems to be a sleeping giant waiting to be unleashed. Cant wait for TGS08, should be huge.
I really think if GTA4 was timed exclusive for the ps3, it would have sold alot more then it has now. But dp to wanting more money and being greedy and wanting to go multiplatform and forgetting which system fanbase bought all those copies, it backfired on them.
Take notes from Kojima and be loyal to your fanbase and your game will sell very well. :)
All I know is both games look great but Resistance 2 has taken things to a whole nother level compared to the first Resistance compared to the leap of gears 1 to gears 2. I think Resistance 2 will shock many people of how well it will fair in sales to gears 2 especially with a bigger install base, u can expect big numbers from R2 aswell.
And I can say right now R2 blows anything I have played in the first gears. And u will find just what bigger, better, and more bad a$$ is all about when u see just how intense and crazy the battles are in R2. They have enemies everywhere, unlike what we have seen in Gears 2, it shows all these enemies but really u are only going up against a few of them at a time. For now since I havent played anything from Gears 2, Resistance 2 is already blowing my mind with what I have been playing so far....
U say sony should be giving away free hard drives because of a few games that have installs, but u also forget MS was also milking those who bought the 360 sku with no hdd and MS was selling a 20gb hdd for $100 where I can buy a 350gb hdd for my ps3 for $80 which shows u how much of a rip off it is just buying a damn hdd for your 360 is.

Gears 2 is going to be awesome but so far if u want crazy sound where everything just sounds real and all, damn u need to play MGS4. The games is just so realistic, and sounds like your in a real warzone. Best surround sound ever I heard in a game. Hopefully Gears 2 can deliver the same.
Hopefully Infinite Undiscovery will give them great sales for a few weeks this time around. I was going to buy the game but damn it has had alot of bad reviews and Tales of V looks more to be a must buy to me.

Since halo 3 didnt live up to the hype, what better way to make fans get hyped up for another halo then to hire Ryan Payton who worked with one of the greatest devs of all time, "Kojima".
Of course this will not be no MGS4, but im sure Ryan Payton has ideas he can come up with to help with the next halo game to make it better then halo 3 was.
Halo really needs a boost in the story department, and I hope Ryan can help out in this area since halo 2 and 3 was dissappointing in those areas. No doubt about it though, I am sure Ryan will bring good things to improve halo. Good move on MS. I am actually looking forward to the next halo Ryan will be helping with to see how it turns out.

Getting episodic DLC will overcome ps3 first and second party exclusives then there in for a huge last place finish in this console war. Bring on GTA4 DLC, because that wont hurt sony when LBP is unleashed.
Sony did start off being arrogant and so high headed of how amazing the ps3 was, and I think firing kuturagi was a good first step to shutting his stupid remarks about super computers and how people will buy it no matter the price. As good of a library it has, the hardware alone is not future proof and sonys ps3 will overtake it due to the long life span of 10 years. The real question is will sony or ms be able to overtake nintendo. And as a gamer I can say that the odds look to be in favor of nintendo winning this war so far because of the cheap price of the system at launch and most of the casuals seem to be buying up a wii despite its weaker hardware and the worse library of games out of the 3.

Killzone 2 and MGS4 have did something halo 3 and gears 2 and gta 4 couldnt do and that is live up to the hype. And im not talking about sales, im talking about delivering a gaming expirience everyone who patiently waited for the time of the releases of these super hyped games and those games delivering and sum. MGS4 was the first to deliver the hype and killzone 2 will be the second to continue delivering. What will be the next big game to do it? My choice will be Resident Evil 5.
