In the end be honest here. What really counts the most in the end that all gamers really care about? The games right? Exactly which sony delivered not only for the ps3 but also for the ps2 and psp aswell.

Reason I say this because sony and nintendo also have other hardware to support. Sony has the ps3, ps2, and psp and nintendo has the wii and ds to support. MS on the other hand has only the 360 which of course will make it alot easyer to showcase there offering at e3 to show there fire power where sony and nintendo also have to showcase games for there other hardware. U really have to give them credit for trying to do the impossible. I mean dude they aint afraid to try new things. I mean can u tell me any other fps game on the wii or 360 that has 256 players online? Weather MAG is a hit or not, im definately going to buy it because im a gamer that loves games that try an take our gaming expirience to another level. MGS series has always had a better story then any SC game. I mean kojima san aint praised so much for nuttin, he is one of the best story tellers in the gaming industry.
Anyone who doubts yamauchi must not know much about how great a dev this man is. He is like the kojima of racing simulation games. And just like many who doubted kojima san with MGS4, u ppl are doing the same with yamauchi with GT5. Dont get me wrong forza 3 will be a great game but gt5 will also be a great game aswell if not better when its all said and done. Both games will be AAA titles.

I mean I respect your opinion but sony has already delivered 3 exclusive AAA titles this year with Killzone 2, Infamous, and MLB The Show 09 which is conidered the best baseball game ever made. The game looked so good that I totally forgot about Alan Wake. I hope online will be as kick azz as wat we seen at the conference. Totally agree wit others on here, definately a day one purchase.
But sony has been trying to do this with eye toy and playstation eye for a while now. Eye pet was an example shown last year and sony didnt get any praise for it. I still own my launch psp and I can use an upgrade. Look at this way atleast this one has more space then the wii and arcade 360 sku put together and it has awesome games coming for it. Well worth 250 bux.
For those who have never played, "Ico" or "Shadow of the Colosus" then u wouldnt understand why, "The Last Gaurdian" is being praised so much because like the person above me stated this game when released might not have the record sales or recognition it deserves but I can guarantee u one thing for sure that this game will be just as EPIC as MGS4 if not better when it is all said and done.
I will admit at first i was thinking an ugly version of wii mote immitation but when they were showing just how percise the sensor was with there movements and how he went into first person view, i really have to say that this was just as good as anything we seen thus far with any motion sensor.
Nintendo did good for there audience but Sony and MS came out swinging and in my opinion MS won the online features for xbox live, and had a few good exclusives to show and Nitty still wins with there motion sensor controll by default because it has already proven itself with sales and is why they are in first place right now until MS or Sony's motion sensor projects are in effect and selling well then we can compare the 3. Not trying to sound fanboyish but its quite obvious especially when kojima san clearly stated that him and his team wont be working on MGSR but focusing and working on MGSPW for the psp and yet the media still makes it seem like MGSR is bigger then AGENT.
