I really miss the one shot kills in R1, man that game was good, and it controlled very nicely. R2 I didn't love nor like.
If R3 goes back to R1 with the weapon wheel and all the goodness, then I'm in, I don't want to play a CoD wanabe game. Hell I hate CoD SP.

I like having a beast, but I can see the good here. Simple for most is better.
Casual games sell good and takes 1% of the effort to create, plus no hardcores nitpicking over their game bringing the devs mood down. MS is about money and they are just making the best decision for them.
The hardcore will eventually leave MS and go to either PC or Sony. Most likely PC and thats also good news for MS.
I made the right decision to go with PS3 at the start of all this.
Yes such a waste of energy comparing these little things. Once you start getting into a game, it starts to pull you along for the ride and you forget about miniscule things.

Agree this game is a 10 out of 10, and infact it can't be judged without putting no less than 1000hours into it. But reviewers will go for about 5hours I hear, they have other things to do. So don't worry about the reviews they don't really matter in these types of games.
True Demon's Souls NG+ or +++++ with extra challenge makes leveling up worth it.
Why don't they go back to the simple style of open map where your guy is almost as big as the cities he enters. Honestly I feel good playing it that way and they can make the world feel like a world, because it's simple and easy to do.
