Sony is really killing it this time around. With ps+ you get great games for your subscription. You would be a fool not to pay for it.

The PS4 is the gamer choice plain and simple. M$ decided that TV was more important than gaming, now they are feeling the burn. I don't even think Titanfall will help all that much.
It's still early in the game, but the xbone sales have really slowed to a crawl compared to the PS4. Once the PS4 hits japan you can expect the PS4 numbers to easily hit 6-7m mark.
The Ps1 and Ps2 both did great numbers without the Xbox. Despite what everyone said about the PS3 and bluray Sony still kept pushing the boundaries.
The Playstation brand is successful thing because Sony listens to the consumers. This time around they listen to the developers as well. That combination is why the PS4 is so successful.

M$ didn't acknowledge the RROD problem for awhile. It wasn't until the problem got to big to cover up that M$ decided to do something. In the meantime customers who didn't want to wait purchased new 360s.

I bet it's really quiet over at M$ camp. All those lies have hurt the Xbox brand. Plus the xbone seems to be working well, so xbone sales won't be inflated by coustmers who continue to purchase replacement consoles.
