GTA6 will look like the GTA4 mods.
Crysis 4 will look like crysis 1 with highquality mods.
But that's the problem, i've seen it already.
If M$ want to rush a machine out which plays PC graphics now that's fine for them.
But i do not want SONY to go the same route.
Hardware makers should focus more on what take graph...
I think game companies listen to gamers to much and are influenced to much. And as a result you get a different game.
Gamers complain, games get easier. and either gain features they shouldn't have had, or lose features most people want.
I'd prefer the developers made all the choices without being influenced at all.
Games should be $30 for singleplayer only.
If you want the mp version, you pay $45
Sony need and have always needed to spend money on advertising.
euro 2012 should have been the ideal place to push the vita.
They have great studios, but never enough advertising. If i were Sony i'd do a massive push just in america alone. There are still 20mill PS3'S to be sold in the USA.
Jet set radio for vita, sonic allstars vita.
They need a new crazy taxi for vita as well.
i just played the First sonic allstars on ipad2. Runs nice and looks good. Only problem is no dual analogue sticks mess it right up.
VITA is the perfect portable.

I'm not sure why a PS4 would cost much these days anyway.
There are plenty of excellent quad cpu's, some excellent gpu's for little cost. Ram is cheap and so is blu-ray now.
I think for $299-350 you'll get an excellent machine.

I thought the city was very nicely done in 4, but characters were lacking, the game recieved too many 10's.
Game ran okish on consoles, dipping in the twenties from time to time. mp was horrid and laggy.
I also played on the PC version and with the mods is a much better game, but still not a ten.
The game needs to grow up and appeal to adults more. not just teenagers.
I'm not sure why they asked them to take it down.

There are plenty of games coming for consoles, as well as exclusives, there are 3rd party.
Vita and DS have plenty new games coming.
Price is a big thing for PS3/360.
That was the problem i had at the time.
I had a PS1 back in the day. enjoyed tons of games. I then went into PC'S in a bigway and did not buy a PS2 or anyother console.
Later on 360 was out and my friend advised me to get one, and i said i'll wait and see what else is coming out, before anything else he said PS3 was crap? ( wasn't even out,lol)
So i rang him up and said i'll get a 360 and he said he'll come with me ...
That's the problem, and no TABSF, Consoles have never held back PC gaming. Dev's have.
You cannot expect most people to rush out and buy a gaming PC to play whats on offer on PC.
I'll tell you how sad it is, people still brag about crysis1,lol. Metro2033 is a poor game as well. Yes it has decent graphics in places, but that's it. Alien vs predator 2010 is a better game.
Crysis2 is ok, but that's all crytek does, crys...
Still a shame, Resistance 1,2,3 never used cryengine.
