Water not being as detailed on ps3 is a bug as is in pc version. Sure will be fixed.
There is a fair bit of tearing in both PS3/360 VERSIONS.
PC Version seems to need a fair bit of grunt.
I think the game will be a winner whatever version you buy.
I think where vita is new, devs are still struggling slightly with it.
960 x 544 is native.
Uncharted golden abyss is 720x408 to push those graphics. Quite a few games are not native rez.
Resistance on the vita, looks better this this.

A PS3/360 should run that fine at 720p fxaa.
Best textures so far in a racing game goes to dirt series, best lighting and car models to GT5.
This looks like a combination of those.
My pc will run that easily@60fps.

I think the interface(frontend is nicer on live) But when playing a game, never had a problem on both.
At the end of the day, it comes down to the games you want to play.

Motorstorm pacific rift was the best one imo, although i prefer the vehicles from the first game.
