I finally got around to playing the demo today and although the intro/cutscenes do have a lot of screen tearing, the actual gameplay looks pretty good to me.
I have yet to check out the demo but I did play the game when it released on the 360. That "grain effect" that you speak of can be turned off under settings in the 360 version. I personally liked the grainy look for some reason.
The ONLY thing I regret about buying Demon's Souls is....that I opted not to get the deluxe edition :(
The problem is, it says "best PS3" in the title. They might as well just say "best games" instead. Am I right?

This is coming from a guy who just got done talking about "arrogance" and "truth?" Boy, you sure know how to stick your foot in your mouth! The truth is, Sony took a pretty stiff loss on every PS3 sold at the beginning of it's life cycle.

The 20gb 360 launched at $400, stop making shit up.
I'm personally jumping back and forth between GT5 and NFS and I've got to admit that NFS is a lot of fun but its kinda hard to look after playing GT5. Other than that, it's a solid game.

I don't even have to watch the video and I can tell you which one has the edge on graphics. I mean, c'mon. GT5 is the king.
