Because, a part of it's low sales fact... is the fact it was a bought and paid for console exclusive by Sony. But, I don't see a lot of people pointing that out... Now if it was a bought and paid for exclusive by MS... This message board would be filled with comments that point that out. That's the only reason a story about SF5 having low sales would be Xbox 1 and Xbox 360 news....
I prefer Xbox over PlayStation in terms of games... but, yes... Even if PS4.5 flops... Yes, Sony still easily wins this generation hands down. Even if MS doesn't announce an Xbox 1.5.... I wouldn't give the Xbox One more than 2 more years as the primary console.

Really? Maybe a little underpowered... But, they brought "Free" if you already owned the Xbox 360 game backwards compatibility (with a library of titles growing every month), Consistent and meaningful system updates as well as all the AAA exclusives anyone would imagine MS bringing to the Xbox one including new IPs Quantum Break, Insomniac's games exclusive Sunset Overdrive and have recently introduced Xbox One-PC Cross Buy's.... How is any of this letting the gamer down? ...
I really like the direction of the guest characters... Especially now that most of the old KI characters are available. It is kind of turning KI into a Microsoft All-Stars game over time.
The shutdown of Lion Head Studios...Doesn't mean Fable is dead. It's still a MS-owned IP in which it could pass off fable to one of it's other internal studios... Or hire a 3rd party company to make another Fable game.
I played and beat all 3 fable games... they were good solid open world sandbox games... But, nothing I would call great. I wouldn't care either way... If MS did decide to kill off the fable franchise though.

yup.. this explains my problems... MS... If Xbox Live goes down that is one issue I can live with.... NOT playing DIGITAL games I purchased from Xbox Live is a completely different scenario.
Xbox Live shouldn't affect my ability to play games off-line I paid for... Fix your crap I pay for!
When Amazon places a date... a lot of the times they are simply putting a place holder date down... Nothing to get excited over or "big" news...
So even if this wasn't from a third party on amazon, but from Amazon itself... I would still take that date with a huge amount of salt.
If you look at the number of games that have season passes and DLC available... It pretty much already is standard... Some people purchase them and love them other people hate them and don't... To each their own...

I don't buy a system, because it's sold 30 Million consoles... I buy a system because I enjoy playing the games and experiences that system/PC offers.
I leave making a profit and increasing the audience to the Console manufacturer...

I never buy the over-priced "Collectors edition". To me there is nothing they could pack in that is going to make it worth throwing down anywhere from $100-$250... But, if people have the cash and don't mind it... go ahead buy it.

It'll probably come out next holiday season. These systems haven't been out that long to warrant a slim version yet. I'd say a 2016 E3 reveal with a Holiday Nov. release date.
No. Why? Because any off the shelf USB 3.0 external HDD will work as along as it's above 256GB of memory. So this would be a waste of money.... I guess unless you don't care and like the design, but it wont net you any better performance.

I figured developers are more reluctant to use the cloud, because the game must be online to utilize it. Like Crackdown 3 you must be connected online to use the cloud options. If you play Crackdown 3 offline you get a watered down version gameplay wise... I think that would be the biggest drawback in my opinion.
