Xbox Live=No Credit card information hacked
Xbox Live=Much more stable and integrated environment

Playstation Plus= Sony Losing money (like Sony hasn't already lost enough money) Their credit rating is junk

Because, Sony is handing them over cash. There are ALWAYS benefits to bringing your titles out exclusively on one system to recoup sales lost from the chance at multiplatform. Especially if your a company that has a good reputation.
If Fuse fails would Sony want to buy out a high profile company? Sony themselves is trying to desperately get out of the red ink. Sony's credit rating has gone to junk and they just sold their major cooperate headquarters in the U.S.
There is more to Sony then the video games business, I don't think they will be buying anyone out anytime soon, until they get their own finance situation under control.
I think Nintendo was just too slow getting their big games to the market. Nintendo is what sells Nintendo Systems. Their presence just wasn't there at launch. I guess Mario just wasn't big enough to carry the system alone.

These NPD (U.S. tracked sales only) haven't been anything new. It's like 19 straight months maybe more the 360 have toped sales in the U.S.

A) Sony doesn't "Own" Blu-Ray.
B) MS may license Blu-Ray from the Blu-Ray disc Association.
C) Saying MS can't use Blu-Ray discs is like saying Sony Computers can't used Windows based operating systems. Just not true
D) did you know Blu-Ray disc format uses a MS patent? That means MS also makes a royalty off Blu-Ray sales.
E) Nintendo Discs don't use Blu-Ray, but can hold a lot of data up to (25 GB) Blu-Ray discs aren't the on...

The arguments you use in your post are very weak. Sony hasn't even said if their next-gen online service will be free or not. You're assuming there will still be a free option.
The author of this Patcher response story did a pretty crappy job of refuting his points. If you can have a console that is great at delivering games...While at the same time selling units to people who don't care about games it greatly improving it's demand.

Well maybe UBISoft took note of WiiU 3rd party sales, just like the Wii they lag...They figured the best option was to go multi-plat especially if Nintendo wasn't willing to fork over extra cash for an exclusive.
Then you have MS policy which, is of course looking out for MS. UBIsoft looked at that and still decided that it would be worth cracking the what 80million console users and the same amount for the PS3 give or take a couple mill.

It's going to be a "Xbox 720" game using advanced Kinect 2.0 technology. That is my guess anyway. I think it has taken way too much time w/ nothing mentioned about it to still come out on the 360 and the original Kinect.
This is what Console wars are about. It's about giving your machine the edge over the competition at any expense possible. Or stopping momentum before it begins for your competitor.

Why were you shocked by the 360s sales? It's pretty much been in line w/ that since launch. Japanese are very proud people and usually back homemade products vs. Foreign made products.
Since xbox 360 is made by an American Company it is much harder to get Penetration in the Japanese market. It has sold over 1 million lifetime to date though.
