btw, Heavenly Sword had similar (or dare I say better) picturesque scenery with similar quality in graphical fidelity and that was back in 2007 as a 1st gen game.

PS3 sold over 4mill FF13 copies while the 360 sold about 1mill. With the 360 having more units on the market. This shows that had FF13 been on the PS3 ONLY, it would have still sold 5mill cause at the very least over half a million of the 360 owners that got FF13 would have gotten a PS3 for the game anyways.
Now, had the 360 version sold 3-5mill on it's own then yeah, FFvs is definitely going muliplat or even, knowing SE, switch to 360 exclusive.

MS is doing what they've ALWAYS done when they enter a new industry. Spend money on marketing to ill-informed consumers and take that revenue to crash&burn their competition with viral FUD.
Once they have the competition out the way, they now recoup that money but inflating their prices for very inferior products cause there's no where else for the consumers to go.
