This guy is a one man hype machine. He has a nack for making features he talks about seem like uber, never can be done before or ever and then it turns out not as good as other games by a mile.

An action adventure game with that special signatur Kojima gaming mindset on a psycological thriller game - in the Heavy Rain type genre - done exclusively on the PS3 utilizing a from the ground up engine to maximize the use of the Cell and it's SPUs would be a dream I'd dare not wake up from.

at this point in the PS2/Xbox competition, the had PS2 launched a year ahead of the xbox and had 5x more exclusives and games and sold 4x the # of units (E.g 2004 PS2 over 80mill sold/xbox just over 20mill sold)
if you're a PS gamer and rather pay to play MW2 online (p2p severs w/ 16players online) than playing MAG (64-128players online); Resistance1,2&3 (40-60 players & 8player co-op) and Killzone2&3 (32plyers online, 2-4 co-op) for FREE with dedicated servers then there's no other way to put it...

Rage will not look as good as people seem to think it will on consoles when it launches. It's not even Killzone2 level at this point on consoles.
What you've all seen so far is smoke and mirrors. On PC is where you'll see Rage's graphics looking like we've seen. The console versions will look much mutted than what we've seen today and those KZ2 comparsions will look stupid when you see the thing on consoles next year.

Sequels to a game is not "milking". If gamers want more of a game then it's a stupid business decision not to have sequels.
Milking is when companies see they don't have to improve their sequel - or any other affiliated product - much at all and they'll still rack in the dough thus maximizing profits - MILKING. (they, a lot of the time, pump out these products faster than on average time periods)
