I played both versions today. It's majestic.
Kinky.
They announced a lot of great games that I now need.
Though, I doubt it'll run natively at 1080p. Like Xbone, the majority of Wii-U games are upscaled.
The way I've been enjoying games that I missed out on growing up is by continuing to acquire them. I know, I'm weird.
From what I've gleaned about this Halo 1-4 set, unless I'm mistaken, isn't it the same H1 CE anniversary edition and 3,4 exactly as it is in current form, online and all? If so, then aside from the remastered Halo 2, essentially they're allowing you to play 1AE,3,4 on Xbone. Someone please correct me with a source if I'm wrong?
A difference that makes no difference is no difference at all.
Are games still coming out for the platform? Yes? Okay then.

You can criticize the library and releases all you like, but the point I was making is from my perspective, it appears status quo.

Do you even own a Vita?
This was a great idea.

I'm not saying I don't get excited for multiplats. I just don't care who's show they show up on. My problem with their exclusive stuff shown is I've either already seen it, or I was shown a movie. I wanted to see the games running and their exclusives showed very little of what I haven't already seen.
Miles, if it means that much to you, import it yourself. Then its just a matter of extra postage.
Otherwise, you're more than welcome to move to the US. Canada gets the shaft a lot, but you don't see me complaining about it all the time. Btw, last year I had to import wireless Sega Saturn controllers that were only released in Japan and Europe. Also I just imported the Doctor Who game (Europe only) for PS3 for a friend.
Ah, so now native 1080p matters.
In any event, good work Bungie.
I'm glad you enjoyed it. As for me, multiplats, CGI video instead of in-game, seeing stuff already shown and announcing stuff I've already played, isn't my idea of bang, bang.
lol Silly TrueFan. Most gamers prefer gameplay, not CGI movies.
I say Nintendo and Sony had the best offering. MS dropped their pants weeks before and mostly mustered up CGI trailers.
I was expecting to be dazzled, but instead (with the exception of a few titles), we were shown stuff we've seen before and lots of pretty CGI trailers. Overall, pretty disappointed. Maybe next year, Xbox. In the meantime, sit tight on those store shelves.
Just... Wow.
Well done ND.
Sony, since it wasn't just 3rd party games, games we've already seen and loads of CGI trailers.
Plus dat white PS4 Destiny bundle announcement. T_T
OP. Agreed.
Further proof that great exclusive games aren't the motive.
There was a building I noticed was being demolished rather slowly in many pieces. I'm assuming it was backed by dedicated servers. Er.. I mean the cloud. Whatever.
Well effin said. Bubble +1
The game looks freaking sweet. Count me in.
