Imagine if UPS could look inside of every box without consequence? This is essentially what every ISP is allowed to do.
Indeed, indeed...I was just discussing this with my rational, open-to-debate friends. The truth is we rational, compromising moderates are the true minority. All through history, moderates have not only been cast to a corner, but are persecuted by both sides for not having a black-and-white mentality. This is why like you said we tend to hide and conceal ourselves to avoid a one-sided debate as it is lose-lose situation no matter what you do or say. The real problem lies in our inherent natur...
It really social media use by small, radical minorities (not minority as in race, but as a small part of the overall) who come together and scream loud as they can in a attempt to look like they are a bigger chuck of the population than they are AKA the blowfish technique. These groups know they within their own society and culture, the population knows they are small and radical and thus they can't really affect change. But, on the international stage, their presence looks as if they are...
Honestly, this was the best gift for him. The publicity from this ban has brought a game I thought most people would never even hear of to the forefront of the gaming community. It would be best for Twitch to explain there reasoning for this especially when games like Hatred don't make the list.
I am very confused...How is this a issue? There's no sexuality involved and both genders are included. So, who is getting offended by this? People who parents never patted them on the head, so they think it's unfair since they never experience bonding of any sort. This is literally preemptive censorship to a non-existent problem.
Too bad they didn't remastered them cutscenes. When you play it at 1080/60 and then those last-gen cutscenes play, totally takes away from the immersion.
Number 1 is fan art, but based off the official Sega SeHaGaRu series. And honestly, this is normal in Japan; they love to personify all manner of goods. It's popular enough to have a created a trilogy of Hyperneptunia games. Too bad Microsoft won't use the official OS-tans here in the West.
I always warn people when it comes to power: Look up the GPU you want, and search for the 12v amp rating. This is more important than the watt. Then all you have to do is make sure the PSU you want is the same or higher and you are good to go. All decent PSU are at least 80+ Bronze, but if you have the money, spend a little extra on a Silver rating.
"This has nothing with deciding whether or not MS has to pay for said problem; this is whether or not the plaintiffs even have the right to turn this case into a class-action lawsuit."
Your reply suggest you are unaware of this fact. This is about class-action suits, not civil liabilities. So, your debating whether or not if it was consumer or MS fault is unrelated to this case.
Final Fantasy 7 only really added 3D models to the equation. Story, gameplay, missions, all these things were very familiar if you played FF6. They just made some minor tweaks and added more of it. I really like FF7, but I'm not gonna act like it changed the JRPG genre because it wasn't really unique when it came to being a JRPG. Xenogear deserves way more credit in that department, but that's just my opinion. To me, it just feels like certain FF games get judged by different stan...
I laugh at everyone who thinks any FF games has a great plot. All 7 is about is a bunch of hippies pulling an Occupy Wall St. on Shinra and using an emo kid who doesn't even remember why he is emo to stop another emo kid who knows why he is emo from destroying the world with a fucking meteor. Sound s like a plot from an anime, and I have to hear all the time how it's a masterpiece. The music alone poops on the plot in terms of being 'a masterpiece' and this is coming from a gu...
I swear the Supreme Court be picking up the most fukkboy cases to hear. We have cross verdicts from different federal appeals in different cases in regards to the 2nd and 4th amendment and they want to hear this BS? This has nothing with deciding whether or not MS has to pay for said problem; this is whether or not the plaintiffs even have the right to turn this case into a class-action lawsuit. I hope MS loses just for slowing crap up in the system. It's BS that companies can con people ...
Will they ever explain what happens in the Star universe after 3? I'm tired of prequels and inbetwequels.
You do know there is a PS2 emulator out there that works pretty well and is stable and completely free, right? Just not for the PS4, though...
The only thing that is shifty is having to buy it again on PS4 even if you already bought the downloadable PS2 version on your PS3. That's messed up; it should be like the Vita, where anything you bought downloadable for your PSP still worked for the Vita. That's why I moved away from console...tired of practices like this. I ain't no cow, so so stop trying to milk me.
Funny company, Microsoft. Throughout the history of their business of OS's, they have tried to force OS upgrades through exclusives, and it has backfired on them every time. Remember Vista and DX10? Or how 'bout 8 and DX11.1? Now, instead of architectures, it's games. It will backfire, cause many a lost sales on the broad PC platform, and eventually the Xbox Store app will be dead on the PC platform.
Gotta love devs...how they thought they could pull this off after the whole Assassin's Creed II SP online-only debacle. Why include a Lone Wolf mode for it if it wasn't going to be offline capable? Also, every R6 game with terrorist hunt has always had offline capabilities.
If Razer is involved, the product will be nice, but the price will be through the roof.
Compromise? That's not PC, bro. That's too reasonable to be PC...you must be racist. BAN THIS MAN, NOW!!!!
Win-Win? Not really. More like a lose-lose for MS. They are releasing this in the same fashion as Killer Instinct: As an OS seller. The level of resistance toward Win10 is as bad if not worse than Vista. They tried the whole DX10 only on Vista, and it backfired horribly to where most devs were still using DX9 since third party companies don't care about pushing MS products; they want the biggest consumer pool as to maximize their chances at sweet, sweet profit. That's why the few DX12...
