If they did this It'd be the thing that took away my anticipation for GoW3.
One of the most epic things I've ever seen. But it's a bit pricey.
Looks great. Glad it's made improvements in graphics. I'll have to pick it up along with Gears 3, Uncharted 3 and BF3.
Alright. Uncharted was able to top the amount of Gears players by a small amount. The reason being you had to pay 50$ to get into the beta.

Finally an Uncharted article where Gears isn't mentioned. Great beta, I really enjoyed both of them.
This is why Isomaniac should stick with Spyro. All of there shooters are below average.

When you state that it's quality over quantity it's not necessarily true.
Gears is making absolute enormous changes to the franchise. And in the beta it shows.
Horde 2.0 is quite a bit improved. It added a whole new faction to fight, ability to buy defenses and weapons and five completely dynamic bosses for each map.

I believe it will continue being a Uncharted vs. Gears of war 3 fight. Right now I'm with Gears of war 3 though since I haven't heard what Uncharted 3 is offering that's new other then customization. Gears on the other hand has certainly gone up with there game offering...

First beta I ever played was the Gears of war 3 beta, I loved it. Bought a PS3 recently and thought I'd give Uncharted 3 beta a try. Need less to say it's obvious I'll be keeping my pre-order for Gears and am still considering whether or not I'll be buying UC3. Epic gave us everything, Naughty dog gave us the finger.

Yeah, but they need to use that on game-play more. Not on pre-rendered cut scenes. Whenever I play it and see a cut scene knowing those aren't the "real" thing kind of disappointing to me.
Quality over quantity still makes me laugh. Gears is offering more then Uncharted 3 MP wise actually. It's going to have dedicated servers, a year longer development time and an updated engine. Not saying Uncharted 3 is bad but don't expect Gears 3 to not be packing a serious punch.
Why can't people realize that if they think CoD is a decent game they'd just have to play Gears of war 3, Uncharted 3 or Battlefield 3 and there life would be forever complete.
What? Gears has stunning graphics. Great acting, a great universe and effort wise has had an extra year of development time. Don't be bias. Play both games, both are excellent.
