You do realize GoW and studio Santa Monica have pedigree right?! Sure you say it's all talk, but, at the end of the day when the game came out it blew expectations away. There's a reason it sold 11 million in under 3 months. Plus the 1st one did end up getting nominated for GOTY as did the sequel.

Got to start somewhere? What is Xbox a start up a couple years out? It's 4 generations and 20+ years and a company worth 10x Sony and 40x Nintendo with 23 studios! Literally the most studios of ANY of the 3 console makers and the LEAST production.

Bought a Xbox One after being suckered by the games they showed. Didn't make the mistake again with the Series X and honestly 3 years in and it doesn't feel like I missed out on anything.
But yeah I agree so much CG trailers and everything I'm interested in seem like it's going to be at least 2-3 years away if where lucky with Everwild, Fable, Avowed for example.
Think Hellblade 2 might make it this year, but, Fable, Everwild, Avowed I think are years away. It's kind of incredible that Xbox with 23 studios is so badly managed that they can't even come close to competing with Nintendos like 12 studios. Would honestly take 2-3 games to match up against say GoW or 3-5 games to match up to Pokemon Violet/Scarlet sales.

What a F'n lie! Playstation was up 53% in revenue and literally broke the Industry sales record last quarter. Playstation up across every category whereas Xbox was down in every single one across the board. Xbox was down 13% and that's 3 straight years with dropped revenue and 3rd party sales dropped each year as well 😂.
You know it's not discussed enough, but, Shareplay is a pretty great Nextgen feature that carried over from PS4. My brother hasn't got a PS5 yet, but, we're playing through Dead Space together and my brother even got to try Returnal through Shareplay too. Plus beating Co-op games with a single copy is also amazing
Really hope they do the other 2 as well. Would have been nice if they dropped all 3 at the same time. But maybe we'll see the next one in 3 or 4 months

Yeah, but, you add PS4, Switch and Xbox One and that's another 270 million or so consoles. It's a huge property so that's probably too many potential customers to ignore. Doubt the casual Harry Potter fan would mind a downgrade to graphics either.
