To your own point about the Switch. If the teraflops mattered then again why is the Switch handily outselling Xbox? Graphics only matter up to a point. While everyone debates the new Xbox and is thumping their chest about what's to come how about the now? PS4 is getting a hell of a last hurrah here and Xbox is whimpering only really talking about what they may do next gen. The Xbox One X is 'significantly' more powerful than the Pro, but, I yet to see anything that matches Go...

That data transfer is twice as fast as the X Series too. The PS5 will transfer 5.5 GB/ second versus Xbox 2.5 GB. When the data is compressed Xbox can only do 4.8 GB versus PS5 at almost 9 GB

PS1, PS2, Wii and hell even the Switch only took 3 years to outsell Xbox One when it's been out for 7 years.

Did the extra power turn over the sales of PS4? Did MS become more popular globally suddenly? If power is so important then why are the Switch and PS4 outselling the Xbox One X and S so handily then? Last I checked the severely underpowered Switch destroyed Xbox sales in UNDER 3 years. Spiderman alone will move units for the PS5.

343, Playground and Coalition are elite tier, but, Insomniacs, Guerrilla and Sucker Punch aren't? Lol. That's just a sad list. PS3 had built in wifi, bluray, 4 USB ports, built in hard drive, wireless controllers with built in batteries and was fully backwards compatible with PS1 and PS2 as well. Free online. Played all media types like avid, mp3, mp4 etc. No online paywall for Netflix etc
Whereas Xbox 360 you had to buy $100 adapter for wireless, buy battery kits for controllers to do recharging, HD drives that were $300 ...
So free games like Fortnite being behind a paywall requiring Gold on Xbox is consumer friendly? When it's free to play on PS4, Switch and PC?

You should learn to read. This is the official statement.

"We have already tested hundreds of titles and are preparing to test THOUSANDS MORE as we move TOWARDS LAUNCH."
That's them expecting the vast majority will be playable at LAUNCH.
