No it isn't. I have played both and they are both good but UC2 is a step above. End of discussion.
After just completing the GOW collection and jumping into GOW3 I must say this game is a huge advancement on 1 and 2. Anyone that says the series doesn't evolve is kidding themselves. GOW 3 is what I have dreamed games would be like when I was writing code for my commodore 16.

The problem with these types of comments is that people like us are wondering whether is was a typo or a slip of the tongue, but trust me this is deliberate misinformation by MS.
lol, gee I hope they are wrong because I live in Sydney Australia about 30km/20mi from the centre of a 4mil+ city and my internet service its garbage. I have spent a few thousand dollars so far this gen and will be cut off if this is the way of the future.

We only need to go back to the whole doctored images thing to see the pressure MS places on developers and journalists. The fact is that MS is putting food on the table for most of these so called journalists and we are never going to see them be critical.
Its funny though, I don't buy any magazines anymore and don't take any notice of many website reviews either. I would never buy a MS product because most of their fans are dumb and they take advantage of that.

Sorry but the story is excellent, the interactivity is very well done and while it is similar to point and click it is alot more immersive. To me it is what Police Quest wanted to do all those years ago and just couldnt.

For those who have the game, I am just past Ethan's freeway trial and haven't had one issue. Not sure how much to go but it seems pretty well polished to me.
This game definitely deserves the high scores it is receiving. For those people who have given this game 4's, give up journalism. Even if this game was rated purely on presentation it would be a 7. All together it is a 8.5+ game. I think it will probably end up being around 9.
I was a sceptic but after playing it am very impressed. Haven't finished the game yet and am about half way through I think.
Best graphics I have seen and totally unique. Anyone who gives this game a 4 out of 10 is a hater. Definately a 9ish game.

With all the amazing exclusive games PS3 has, add the brilliant multi platform stuff and then throw in the best 360 exclusives and you cant be beaten.

I think you are right. There is definitely something going on behind closed doors that is stopping EA from releasing this game on PS3. The initial contract between Bio and MS probably takes precedence over any subsequent agreement, i.e change of ownership etc...
Most likely, once the third game is released the agreement ends and a box set trilogy will see the light of day. Shame though, game definately gets my attention.
Mass Effect collection...fingers crossed. This and Alan Wake are the only 360 games I have have envy for, Gears to some extent but UC took that genre and improved it.
Day one purchase for me. Anyone who has played the first from start to finish will definitely pick up this game. One of my favourite games this gen.
Such a shame, both sites are corrupt and bias. I stopped getting my gaming news and reviews from either one many years ago. I prefer my news with a healthy dose of scepticism, aka N4G.
