Nuketown looks that way on purpose. Its supposed to look fake and somewhat out of place. Haven't you guys heard of those tests the US government conducted where they would build fake and unpopulated towns and then drop a nuke nearby just to see the effects and the range?

Guerilla comes of as an over-glorified C-class developer by every extent. Sure, art direction and visual fidelity are essentially unmatched, but their ability to make a compelling, addicting, balanced, and most importantly fun MP game is SEVERELY lacking.

Given that Epic owns Unreal Engine, and Take Two owns the rights to arguably one of the biggest IPs in the world. With SEGA's brand name and Mistwalker (not really a huge factor here though) on top of that. I would assume collectively that is worth way way more than $500 Million.
Macy's is mainly a clothing store. Its not super high-class, but tends to be a bit more expensive than your average retail store. Definitely not the gamer's favorite place. But again, it will probably appeal to grandparents, and middle-aged moms.
