While this will probably be a very good game it's likely to be completely overshadowed by Gran Turismo 5.
I don't fight for anything but I will point out other peoples FUD or give my honest opinion on things... thats all.
100% agree with the article. Maybe some kind of dual platinum system could be introduced, one for single player, one for multi-player? Probably only work with games with a massive multiplayer development system but for the rest they could just stick in a few silvers and a gold for full completetion.
Either way I would have at least 5 more plats then I? do nw if it wasn't for multi-player trophies.
If Kinect does initially outsell Move, which it probably will, does that make it better? Does it somehow make the hardware less "buggy"? The software more "polished"?
What it does achieve is a chance for microsoft to justify their investment then either exit or adapt i.e ditch the tech PSeye style or create a Move-like peripheral to make it work.
I hope they close the gap and then sell exactly the same amount each for the rest of their lifespan. Would make things even and might even stop the constant bickering about sales figures.
Gotta say congrats to Sony though, their 10 year plan has really taken root.

Playstation Plus hasn't been on offer long enough to gauge a fair opinion of it's worth. Who knows what it will offer in the coming months that may justify a purchase to some people. I know I have nearly gotten my monies worth in the first month in the UK with LBP and Wipeout for free, can't speak for other territories but I'm guessing they all offer something of value and the same/different opportunities in the future. Give it at least six months and we may have a comparis...

Being a completely biased old point and click adventure nut I have to say that i'm loving all the love the genre is getting at the moment :D between this and new/remake Monkey Islands there's a lot of fun to be had. Which is a bloody good thing because i'm also playing through Demons Souls so i need the humourous interludes ;P

Even though it only just released recently here in the UK, I feel I'm going to be spending a lot of my free time for the foreseeable future wrapped up in Demons Souls. It just has such depth and challenge that no other game on consoles can match at the minute.
