Valid question. Currently, with how they botched Versus, rebranded it, botched the vanilla version, trickled out dlc and then botched the second wave of dlc that they chose to announce - they've all but crushed the hearts of their fans. I don't think they'll do right with the FF7 remake or FF16 (If one is ever made).
& Noctis has more of a relationship with Sarah from Terra Wars, lol.

Well, if you're thinking about "full control" then that doesn't exist. However you can switch between party members while in combat (as of a patch a few months back).

I was mostly addressing this point. The dialogue, music and photo album made the open world enjoyable in a unique way.
Worst part is, I don't think anyone can say FFXV feels complete.
The problem here is FF15 is something different to everyone. This comes from the fact that the game was released to an audience still wishing for what Versus once promised, a dark story reminiscent of Romeo and Julliet. It didn't take long once people got into FF15 to see that the pacing/plot was all over the place - but what was there was good, good but different, and that difference continued to shift and change with patches and dlc drops.

Ugh, I know. lol. I can't even anymore. I'm disengaging from SE for a long, long, long time.
FF15 will always be an unfinished game... I just wanted all the promised content, but I mean, I can't even be shocked. The game went through development hell, and it seems they couldn't even put together dlc without falling into another cycle of time and money wasted.
Note: I loved what I got to enjoy, but it's like loving something you know isn't the real thing, just a mirage.

I am absolutely, 100% done with Square Enix. You can't get anymore unreliable than them. Literal soul crushers.
If it has backwards compatibility (even if it's just with digital purchases - I'd accept that) I'll get a ps5 day 01. However, if not, well it's just crazy to get a new console when I'll be catching up on games for 1-2 years. There's just so much!
