That's my stance now. If a remaster is being done, it better be done right. It all comes down to the individuals call on what they wish to do.
There's no rush. I rather they follow the Fallout 4 approach (although we know about No Man's Sky) it would be truly exciting that when they do announce the release date, it's close by.
I won't lie, I have little interest in this game. Dying Light was where all my attention was (and rightfully so.) I feel like Dying Light is what Dead Island was aiming to be, so it's a game I am proud to own.

Epic Oversight
This game is amazing. I haven't been laughing and saying "OH" and "AH" this much with a video game in years.
It's mad addicting! I need to get some friends to play with, so many missed scoring opportunities from lack of communicating. If only there were more of those quick comment options! haha.

It's not hard to do that when you destroy the middle man for your own mistakes.
Either PSN returns to being an optional subscription, or they vastly improve the stability of PSN (Dos attacks are a fickle thing, however "maintenance" and "down time" are things they can work on.) Once people start paying, they expect much more. Every second that PSN is down, I view it as a second of my money taken from me.
Original review should always remain original. If they wish to link updates to that article then by all means, go ahead. It's about keeping the consumer informed. If the reviews change as fast as the updates come out, then it's pointless.
Here's my biggest gripe with this entire fiasco. Them lizards, get a slap on the wrist. But here's what's going to happen, as all things do. Paying for online has and always will be, a scam. Sure, they throw "free incentives" which paint over the ugly truth, however once you stop paying for ps+ you lose access to all those games / the ability to play online in general.
If we are paying for our online functionality in general (say to go on our laptops or whatever) then the notion that we have to fork over even more money just to access "online" on the console we just spent a lot of cash on, not ...

I find it's addicting, and perfect to play for 30m to an hour a day. If I have a little time to game, that's instantly what comes to mind. It's easy to hop in and out of. Now that being said, if more is added to the game, it'll become a goliath of fun.
Fun for everyone? Impossible.
Fun for a lot of people who like racing/soccer/rockets? Yes, very much yes.
