Ok, so as you can see the xbox and ps3 numbers are going to be close in JUST US. Maybe europe beacuse of price drop. So what does it all mean. Ps3 sales worldwide > xbox sales worldwide, which means ps3 wins. Even if there is a tie in US and Europe in hardware sales for feb, Japan will go for ps3.
But honestly i don't care, as long as ps3 is close in range with xbox, I am happy.

i agree with you. xbox owners think that ps2 owners are going to jump to xbox but that's not gonna happen. Since multiplatorm is going to be pretty common, ps3 is the obvious chocie.
xbox people --> don't give me that ps3 cost > xbox cost so they will buy xbox. It's by a margin of only $50. it used to work during ps3 launch but it doesn't work anymore.
the arcade version is still being produced!! I thought that arcade version is a joke or something. I mean it's good to have more in the xbox family, but microsoft is not going to accomplish that with the arcade version.
it does look cheap, tho, but it might upset more people than make them happy in the long run meaining like in about 3-4 months, where every game from gears, to ninja is going to require a HARD DRIVE.

So my question is how far is xbox360 really ahead of ps3. The 7 million gap is closing in fast, as ps3 picks up and more RROD happens. I know that 70% is just absurd, but 33% is still a lot. 33% of 18 million is like 5.94 million. So total is 12.06 million total xbox360? I know that's it's a rough calculation, but is that right?
People seriously need to stop doubting killzone 2. This is one of the first games that got people to believe in the power of the ps3. Plus, the game has been in development, not put off or anything, and sony is behind this game all the way. They are trying to make this game epic and mostly importantly a franchise, so I'll bet there is some thinking that goes along with it.
